we went to dine in at bp located at bourbon street atwestedmonton mall.the 2 of their staffs are very rude.they didn't welcome us when we came.both of them are frowning while they are in the front desk.they don't even smile at all.when we finished eating and we payed the bill,they didn't even say thank you for the tip or even say have a good day.i am regreting why we still gave a tip even though they have bad customer service.i hope you hire people with good customer service background.i will never come back to this place!bad customer service experience indeed!

yesterday after leavingwested, me and my family decided to have dinner here. it was the biggest mistake! horrible staff, we waited 15-20 min just waiting for somebody to come and say something, we had to go call them to take are order. this is honestly the only boston pizza that's this bad. also messed up are order more then once.

one of my fave bps.. out of all the boston pizza's i've been to (millwoods,wested, south common) this one has been my favourite. of course it's always supppper busy, but my waitress was the perfect balance of friendly and talkative, and leaving me alone just enough so i could chat with my friend without being interupted. food's always on par, i do wish however that my server asked me if i preferred bolognase or pomodoro sauce with my 7 cheese ravioli because i forgot to tell her my preference.

often come here. when inwested with friends we often go to this bps, the food is your main stream bps, though i have given up on ordering starters as they have really gone downhill.
the nachos have gotten smaller and smaller and are just a waste of money.
the thai chicken strips also seem to be facing the same fate.
i will say in the over dozen times we have been here over the years, service has never been a issue, which is saying something for a place that can get pretty busy.
