this place was literally delicious. whenever you're in the mall you should stop by boston pizza and grab a bite. their pepperoni pizza is good, crispy and hot. i highly recommend the yam fries, they're absolutely delicious. service is quick and the staff were friendly. even if this bp is located in the mall, it still delivers the same great service!

i always love going to boston pizza it is one of the treats i allow myself every once in a while. the cactus cut potato chips are always my favourite and you can’t go wrong with their pasta selection everything is pretty good especially for 10$ on a tuesday. i also do enjoy their mediterranean pizza but the service is lacking and so is the atmosphere so can’t give it a full rating just yet

the worst meal i have ever had. manager not really interested in the fact that we were unhappy and would not be returning to boston pizza ever again. service was marginal and it was a quiet noon hour. would not recommend anyone eat there!

really bad experience..
staff was rude and the manager was even worse.
waited for ever got called and the staff realize some body already took the table..bunch of unprofessionally crew.
shame to such a business be like that.
never going to eat boston pizza again.

food was solid bp food.  service was devestatingly bad.  i am not having a lot of luck with mall service.  i ordered 4 cans of pop with take out and she came out juggling them and i had to ask for a bag.  really?  what did you think i was going to do with a salad and a pizza already in my hands?

my friend and i had lunch at wem boston pizza today, and we wished we hadn't. we were among a small handful people to arrive early for lunch. our waitress "shani" took our order and the drinks arrived fairly quickly. although i specified i wanted splenda, shani brought equal and then proceeded to convince me that it's the same thing. umm, ok. i had goat cheese and chicken flatbread and ordered soup as a side. the soup was absolutely tasteless (tasted like someone added water to yesterday's offering to make it 'stretch' through another day), with overcooked noodles and 'chicken' that tasted like processed meat. didn't eat it. my flatbread had so much balsamic reduction drizzled all over it, you couldn't taste anything else. total fail on all fronts. to add insult to injury, our waitress did not stop by even once to offer to refill the water or my coffee. she showed up when we had already been waiting 10 minutes after finishing our meal with the plates stacked on the side of the table to pick up and asked "how is everything tasting". really? needless to say, we won't be back

very good. always hated this location until we went a couple weeks ago our server tatiana was very welcoming and friendly we've had severs before that were just terrible but you can tell she is very good at her job she was very busy with quite a few tables but seemed to get our drinks and food out and a reasonable time she seemed intrested in getting to know me and my family and made sure the food was up to resuturant standards the food wasn't that good but we said it was no to be trouble she was very professional and didn't seem stressed under the pressure we could see her helping her co workers by taking plates from other servers tables and brought drinks out to tables that weren't even hers but she always kept our glasses full and the beer coming i would come back just for her service even though the food sucked. hope they hire more people like her

excellent service. the 2 female hostesses were super helpful and soo friendly and fast and organized. service was good and food was delishhhhhh.

horrible service.. i ordered a pizzaburger and even pointed at the picture of the pizzaburger but yet the server brought out some sort of bread and tomato sauce. i figured she might have heard me wrong since i'm quite soft spoken so i asked another nearby server if i could get the correct dish but i would still keep the weird bread thing since i didn't want to trouble them so much. so my server comes and she basically starts calling me a liar and even said i should have known it was the wrong order when she asked me if i wanted some sort of sauce. and when i said there might have been some miscommunication she rolled her eyes and glared at me. i didn't even want the pizzaburger anymore so i just kept the bread and ate it.
never again.
also, the bread was dry.

been waiting a hour for food.... yep could have cooked the meatballs by now. super unexceptable for a restaurant that is maybe at half capacity. dont eat here ever go to moxie's or earls.

i ordered cactus cuts and when the plate came there was barely any on there. then a very rude manager came over and said she couldn't do anything about it because "it's the regular portion size". when it is not. 2/5 service

we went to dine in at bp located at bourbon street at west edmonton mall.the 2 of their staffs are very rude.they didn't welcome us when we came.both of them are frowning while they are in the front desk.they don't even smile at all.when we finished eating and we payed the bill,they didn't even say thank you for the tip or even say have a good day.i am regreting why we still gave a tip even though they have bad customer service.i hope you hire people with good customer service background.i will never come back to this place!bad customer service experience indeed!

terrible service. came here for my brother birthday. my reservation wasn't ready, appetizer never showed up, coleslaw was missing on pulled pork sandwich. and service was poor! i worked at a boston pizza in ontario and this is not the standard for most locations
