my mother's day wish list.... we went to boondocks last year during one of my company's event withgreatfolks....we had the best time n food...i liked it so much i added it to my mother's day wish list...the food wasgreatn well priced...this is a must go hole in the wall;)

great food,greatlocation, excellent service! nice family owned restaurant that's been in business for 18 years. i asked to speak to the manager after we ate to give our praises only to find she was one of the waitresses! i love that she was helping her staff. the crab legs were the best i've had at the fairest price i've seen! the staff didn't have an individual table, everyone worked together as a team making sure we had everything we needed. we enjoyed a sunset on the marina while we were eating. we loved it so much yesterday we're actually going back tonight!

this place used to be agreatneighborhood eatery. now that droves of tourists have found it the food has suffered as well as the prices. i won't wait 45 min for a fish sandwich next to a bunch of tourists!

great place,greatfood,greatstaff. this is one place you definitely want to visit when you're in daytona again and again. every dish is great, beer is cold, and the service is excellent. it's very casual, on the waterfront, you can even feed the catfish with your leftover food, assuming you have any. visit this place early on during your vacation because you will want to come back.

where locals go for seafood. if you wantgreatseafood at a reasonable price in this area, take the time to find boondocks. no cloth napkins here just picnic tables at the end of a marina. staff is attentive, food isgreat(unless you came here for a hot dog - are you kidding me?). kids absolultly love the place.

hidden gem.greatlittle place hidden on the intercoastal at a marina. good prices, daily specials, open air. i go there everytime i am in town.

recommended to us by the locals while on vacation in late april.greatseafood expertly prepared in a very casual setting. (we had gone from the beach to mini-golf to the restaurant in swim wear with shirts or coverup and fit right in). conch stew was excellent as were all the dishes we had from fried to baked to grilled. best oyster rockefeller i've had in quite a while. highly recommend.

my wife and i just got in town for our 25th anniversary and wanted to sit next to water, and grab a meal. a nice breeze, friendly servers and just seafood sandwiches and some drinks. greatstart to the week. open air, covered area with plain tables made for a laid back experience. thanks!

this place has agreatatmosphere and the food is delicious. our server denise put up with our zany requests. the blackened chicken sandwhich is divine. i will definitely be going back here again when i return to this area.

great out of the way spot.greatprices, cold beer. clam chowder is outstanding and peel and eat shrimp were fantastic. my daughter had the cheeseburger it was huge. highly recommend!

you go to a seafood reduce on the water for local seafood. not here farm raised basa fish, whoever heard of this awful tasting fish. farm raised shrimp and only two on a seafood platter. terrible goodgreatservice. don't waste your time

if you are looking for a delicious meal in a family atmosphere this is your place. situated right on the water this open air restaurant hasgreatfish (try the garlic seared or blackened!!) & crab legs and top notch key lime pie. staff is friendly and helpful. this is where the locals eat but they won't tell you about. thank goodness for urbanspoon or we never would have found it. we will be back next year.
