outstanding meal. i have eaten at ruth's chris, morton's, smith and wollensky's, del frisco's, and others. this has to rank close to the top if not at the top. an outstanding piece of filet mignon. carrot and smashed potatoe's weren't bad either. fresh hot bread served before the meal. best steak i've had in a while.

don't celebrate your special day here!. i've been here once and came back to celebrate my birthday, but definitely would not come back!

steak was good, but the rest of the food was average. they did not had a single detail on my birthday! when we arrived our reservation wasn't even found. my husband wanted to make it a special day but they sure knew how to ruined it!
next year i will celebrate it were they always know how to make your occasion great! at the similar steakhouse around......

bob's steakhouse in grapevine-the best. i have dined in some ot the finest restaurants in this country-from boston to beverly hills....but the best restaurant i would say is bob's steakhouse in grapevine, tx {in the dallas/ft worth-metro/plex}. from the exceptional service, to the "sizzling taste" of the food, to the elegant furnishings/surroundings, this establishment is fit for a king! i have been to numerous steak houses in dallas, including their bob's.....but the bob's in grapevine is by far the best! in fact i rate bob's in grapevine, a solid 10-starz out of 5! i also appreciate their cigarette/cigar & pipe smoking library!

a winderful dining experience. i went to the bob's steakhouse in grapevine and i have to say it was one the best dining experiences i ever had. from the ambiance to the service to the food everything was exceptional. i enjoy eating lamb, but in most restaurants the lamb is usually horribly prepared,but not here, the rack of lamb was perfection and the portion more than generous. i was so full that i had to pass on dessert, which the very professional waiter, jeremy, described and not presented to you on a cart with cheesy wax fakes.

bob's in grapevine is the place to take someone to impress, be it a business client, a date, or your spouse. you will not be disappointed.

beats any nyc steakhouse. ive been to almost every reputable steakhouse in new york and bob's is still my favorite one. phenomenal lobster bisque, every steak is perfectly prepared. sides are excellent. great drinks and fantastic wine selection. deserts are amazing. def my favorite steakhouse. frequented by the dallas business elite.

great...great...great.... sirloin was perfect and so was the service...dirty vodka martini (kettle one) was shaken to perfection.
bob's chop house is on top of the list for great steak houses

great. old time place. serves great steaks! they are cooked nyc style so i hope you like that. i think nick and sams is better but it's a differant atmosphere.

the steak is only mediocre. the establishment is very nice. the food doesn't match! just plain strange taste. way over priced for the quality. try silver fox or kirby's for much better food.

best steak in dallas. while other elements may be inconsistent, this remains to be the best steak in dallas. i challenge anyone to find a better steak anywhere.

i have ventured twice now to bob's and i am so far convinced this is the best steaks i have ever had. expensive, yes, but every bite is well worth it!

top notch for that special occasion. i've been to bob's on several occasions, generally birthday parties, anniversaries and the like. everything is impressive. the waitstaff is attentive and their menu suggestions are never disappointing. the steak is perfectly cooked, the smothered skillet potatoes are a heart-stopper-and will be the death of me. this is one of those side dishes i'd request as my last meal on earth! the first time i ate here, i thought, "what's up with the carrot?" but it works. my only complaint is they tend to "rush" you through the meal. i know they have to serve alot of people to cover their overhead, but perhaps they should consider opening on sundays to serve more people instead of rushing guests through like a herd of cattle.

food was fine. same as all good steakhouses. atmosphere rating is poor due to the noise and cigarette and cigar smoke. it is ridiculous that one spend that much on a meal and have to eat it in an atmosphere similar to a low rent vegas casino floor. my wife are new to the area and looking for quality restaurants. we won't return to bob's until the smoke is gone. jeff willi
