boats has become our go to place to chill for couple of months now. amazing food, ambience and music. greatservicewith friendly and attentive bar staff especially mr. milky👍🤩. overall a very lively and comfy place to chill out.

our first visit to boats and we liked the place a lot. music was excellent, food was delicious andservicewas prompt. they had a unique representation of boats made up with a lot of pencils near the bar counter.

the ambiemce, food, music,serviceeverything is average. i would say this place is horribly expensive for what they have to offer. we ordered a smirnoff large, and it seemed like they served something else altogether. i had to request the waiter to show me the bottle. we went there quite late, and they took half an hour to get one dish and when we decided to order more they refused because they had already shut the kitchen. all in all. it's simply not worth the hype. i had a bad experience. definitely not 4+

visited this place for my friends birthday. the place is amazing with great food.their crispy chilli beef was so good. the beef was tender and flavourful. they do have good vegetarian options. the bar menu has wide variety of drinks, their cocktail blend was perfect. the staffs are so friendly and theirservicewas smooth and swift. overall a great experience. will definitely suggest this place to hang out with friends!!

this place is great to go with either a small or a big crowd. theserviceof all staff here are amazing, including the parking attendant. the drinks and food are reasonably priced. the portion quantities are excellent. the table attendants are well versed in suggesting the right dish and the right drinks to go with it. the chef and his team and more than adept in meeting any special or specific requirements one might have with respect to food. an awesome place for day drinking as well as a fun night out.

food menu could be better. limited choices on mains and non alcoholic beverages. we mostly tried starters. everything was good enough, nothing extraordinary though. (cheesey fries weren't good) goodserviceand ambience. liked the beach view.
alcohol was slightly expensive. overall, not a bad experience. 👍 happy with the 20% off due to zomato pro.

cons:
1. food quantity is very less to the pricing.
2. music was bad.
3. no complimentary munchies.
4. not every seats has beach view.
5.servicecharge was automatically added in the bill we had to cancel it.
6. fish balls had too much of ginger and very fishy smell.

it has both open and indoor seating.
good food and drinks.

for this cost and ambience there are other resto bars which offer complimentary munchies. this restaurant doesn’t provide that at all.

food- prices are high and quantity is less

based on a true story – boats
my true story – a pack of four (moi cousins) visited boats four days before new year on a saturday evening @5pm. even though i live in besant nagar, this was my first time entering boats. each personnel must show their id proof before entering. there used to be a restaurant in this place “login” which got shut down and then came boats.

we booked a table for four beforehand. ambience was normal. we ordered few drinks and food. we ordered:

food:
• nachos
• chicken sausages and potato skewers
• veg arrabbiata pasta

drinks:
• bacardi black rum
• ballantine's whisky
• old monk rum
• orange sunshine cocktail

let start with the food. firstly nachos – topped with beans and melted cheese. yes beans, it my first time too. nachos were normal. chicken sausages and potato skewers – was ok. nothing great. pasta arrabbiata was vegetarian – was also ok for me. nothing special. overall all three dishes were ok.

music was way too loud. i need to raise my voice high to speak to the person next to me. really way too loud. i was kind of irritated.

service was horrible. i need to remind the person three times to make sure that i have ordered drinks. this happened each time when i called the guy for our next round. i really didn’t like the service.

that day after 7pm they had buy one and get one offer on domestic drinks. but i’m not sure that they still have it. suddenly a guy came in and informed us about it.
they have an outside setup for people who do hookah and wants to smoke.

suggestions:
• music was way too loud. a mild music would be good and pleasant. people are coming in for few drinks and conversations.
•servicecan be improvised.
• food can be better.
