oceanfront. is that not enough?
we’ve always gone there for breakfast as the eggs benedict is consistently satisfying. this time we went for dinner as well.
booked and got the best spot ever. right at the front where we got to people watch, and felt like we were the only people in the restaurant and the lovely sea breezes, would be hard to make it a bad night.
entrees were oysters. nice and fresh and i ordered kilpatrick and they were loaded with bacon...notgreatfor my arteries, butgreatfor my taste buds and my wine.
mains were a bucket of mussels (refer pictures) and omg it took me to my happy place. such a simple dish but just delicious. hubby had pasta. not sure what it tasted like as i forgot to taste it. was far too preoccupied with my own dinner.
