bland and dry!. we might have come on an off day, after reading all the reviews or maybe we ordered the wrong things off the menu. we love mexican food, the real stuff not the fast food junk. we were excited, to try bmc after all the raving reviews. when ordering, they were out of almost everything. the staff apologized and were very friendly. they only had pastor and shredded chicken left, so we went with that. we had them both in tacos and quesadillas. they were so bland and dry, i almost choked trying to swallow them, no one was happy with our meals, except for thedeliciouspotato salad, we left disappointed, it did not live up to the hype. if i go back, i will make sure i order the pozole, barbacoa and the chorizo.
