waste of money. my husband and i love thai food. we used to go to bangkok house in fort worth. but it was a far drive and they started to use cheap meats.

we decided to give blue mint a try today despite my parents telling me it wasn't very good and over priced. i called in my order, massman chicken curry, orange chicken and mango sticky rice. the woman said it would take 20-30 minutes to be delivered. about 20 min go by and i get a call saying they don't have fresh mango and will not make the sticky rice therefore i needed to pick another item or they would not deliver my food. of course i'm ticked that it took them 20 minutes to figure this out. i go ahead and choose the crispy spring rolls. at this point i should have just canceled my whole order. i had a gut feeling that i was not going to like their food. 50 minutes later myfoodarrives at the door and i give them 30 dollars for my order. i almost cried when i saw thefoodin the boxes. the orange chicken looked like tiny popcorn chicken (think sonic) with very sad vegetables. the curry was mainly broth with gigantic pieces of carrots and shavings of chicken. i was so disappointed at the service, the presentation of thefoodand the tiny portions. will not go back.

good thaifoodnearby. just discovered the blue mint thai restaurant. good menu if you are on the paleo diet. we have visited thailand a half dozen times. we have eaten there in fine restaurants and public cafeterias. the blue mint is to authentic thaifoodlike a good texmex restaurant is to authentic mexican food: call it thaitex. you get a lot of the great favors of thailand (lemon grass, galangal, curry) with american portion size and extra meat. we are going again soon.

where is the flavor???. we purchased pad thai, veggie dumpling and orange chicken. none of thefoodhad any flavor and it it was over-cooked and very dry. we had to add a good amount of salt and chili pepper just to attempt to eat it. we will never return! thai house off s. cooper street is 10 times better!

ok, not great expensive. we recently dined here and thefoodwas ok, not great. it was expensive for what we were served. spices were good, not enough vegs for the price of admission. service was good and attentive. we were hoping for a good thai restaurant in mansfield without being overpriced.

mild, medium, spicy. i called for pick-up and the young man on the phone was very hard to understand but he got my order right. just ordered their red curry and i ordered it medium spice and wow, it has a kick but i like it! it has a good balance of all flavors and the heat just adds to it! my only complaint is there isn't enough chicken in it. for the price, there should be a bit more.

my wife ordered the corn fritters and those are always her favorite but they didn't give her enough sauce to last thru all 6 fritters. the tom kha is very good but honestly, i prefer the tom kha(spicy chicken soup) at suzushii! it's better! blue mints fresh rolls are fresh and good! this isn't the kind of place where you are going to leave withfoodthough. they give you enough to fill you up and leave it at that. the staff is friendly and young and they do their best to accommodate you when you dine in but expect to wait for a little bit for your server and food. i do wish i could order wine or beer here also.
i like this place and i approve this message! :)

goodfoodbut overpriced. too much oil/grease on many items, esp appetizers and soups. entrees are good, but the prices are very, very high for what you get. even if you have a coupon, there's a lot of fine print. expect to pay more than you planned. ying's is a much better value and thefoodis excellent too.

great food, fantastic staff. we discovered this place during the holidays and have eaten there several times. the first day we had lunch and dinner there.

their noodle dishes like pad thai, and rah nah are fantastic. thefoodis fresh, delicious, and they can make thefoodany level of spice. we love the golden pouches for an appetizer. the jasmine tea is the best we've ever had.

the owners and staff are very friendly and the restaurant is very nice with comfortable booths.

you won't be disappointed and pleasantly surprised!
