love the food. the restaurant is family owned and they are real thai. crazy noodles beef (you get an option of beefchickenor..seafood?) is my favorite. their pad thai is good.. probably one of the best out of the other 2 thai restaurants in town. have only tried one of their curry noodle soups but that was good as well. mango sticky rice is amazing and my brother loves their cheesecake. :) i always go back again and again.

waste of money. my husband and i love thai food. we used to go to bangkok house in fort worth. but it was a far drive and they started to use cheap meats.

we decided to give blue mint a try today despite my parents telling me it wasn't very good and over priced. i called in my order, massmanchickencurry, orangechickenand mango sticky rice. the woman said it would take 20-30 minutes to be delivered. about 20 min go by and i get a call saying they don't have fresh mango and will not make the sticky rice therefore i needed to pick another item or they would not deliver my food. of course i'm ticked that it took them 20 minutes to figure this out. i go ahead and choose the crispy spring rolls. at this point i should have just canceled my whole order. i had a gut feeling that i was not going to like their food. 50 minutes later my food arrives at the door and i give them 30 dollars for my order. i almost cried when i saw the food in the boxes. the orangechickenlooked like tiny popcornchicken(think sonic) with very sad vegetables. the curry was mainly broth with gigantic pieces of carrots and shavings of chicken. i was so disappointed at the service, the presentation of the food and the tiny portions. will not go back.

mild, medium, spicy. i called for pick-up and the young man on the phone was very hard to understand but he got my order right. just ordered their red curry and i ordered it medium spice and wow, it has a kick but i like it! it has a good balance of all flavors and the heat just adds to it! my only complaint is there isn't enoughchickenin it. for the price, there should be a bit more.

my wife ordered the corn fritters and those are always her favorite but they didn't give her enough sauce to last thru all 6 fritters. the tom kha is very good but honestly, i prefer the tom kha(spicychickensoup) at suzushii! it's better! blue mints fresh rolls are fresh and good! this isn't the kind of place where you are going to leave with food though. they give you enough to fill you up and leave it at that. the staff is friendly and young and they do their best to accommodate you when you dine in but expect to wait for a little bit for your server and food. i do wish i could order wine or beer here also.
i like this place and i approve this message! :)

the mint of mansfield. this is the closest thai (real thai owned/operated) to us being south of ftw. that being said, we think that this could be more authentic thai, but a lot of us here(usa), prefer less spice, and they alter great recipes to accommodate the general area of demand. "no spice please", "medium spice", etc. some dishes of course are not spicy at all, like pad thai.
if you ask for thai style or thai hot, you still get a non-traditional mix of spices, i.e. jalopenos vs. red thai chilli peppers, etc. we still love this place, and the food, is like i said, the best found this side of the dfw. i think they try and appeal to the demand, so i may differ on the thai like vs. dislikes. we have been to thailand many times. the place is great prices, family owned & run, including kitchen. often you will find family gathering and eating together there, which is nice. they are a very friendly family! the love from the family is noticed in the foods. all curries are great, any meat is good to with them. tofu, chickenor shrimp-we like all. the crazy noodles w/tofu is my favorite thai hot! they have specials, and do to-go orders! support them, and request traditional thai style, if you do like spicy and want authentic. demand w/o substitute of local cheap items vs. freshness of thailand.

will return soon. dinner there last night was so yummy, and something different for a change. we began with the chef's wraps appetizer (seasoned minced chicken, mushrooms, & veggies to spoon into lettuce leaves. a healthy treat we both enjoyed very much! husband got the "yum woonsen" salad ("bean thread noodles, shrimp, mincedchicken& red onion tossed with fresh herbs, spices & red onion".) his first impression was that it must be an "aquired taste" but by the 3rd bite he seemed to have aquired a taste for it. not bad for a non-adventurous eater. i had the "pad see ew" a delicious dish recommended by our server after determining the popular "crazy noodles" dish would be too spicy for me. my meal was flat rice noodles (broad as your palm, & delightfully al dente), in a savory house blend soy sauce, chinese broccoli (a bit like spinach), pork (recommended choice) and egg. clean, casual atmosphere. fast, friendly, attentive, accurate, & helpful service. great restraunt to add to our repetiore. very reasonable prices.
