bistro c is always very busy and it was the firstplacewe visited for breakfast, suggest you book or potentially wait. those views from the restaurant, looking directly at the main beach is breathtaking. the interior is very nice and walking in you feel like you have discovered gold.
the breakfast menu did not have many options but sufficient enough. we selected the cauliflower, pea and ricotta fritter with smoked tassie salmon, poached eggs, beetroot skurdelia, kale verde truffles mushroom ragu, sweet potato hash cake, blistered cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, goat cure with parmesan crisps.
the list of produce on the plate goes on and on and as fancy as it was, it was an epic fail because you served us undercooked eggs. once you have eaten a million poached eggs, you can tell by just looking at it. your egg whites were so translucent all i could think of was salmonella. i was very tempted to send it back but after hearing your very professional waitress and maitre'd talk about another table and make fun of the customers after they left, i did not want to end up with something else on the plate.
the staff has little hospitality experience. for aplacewith good price tag and elegance, you would think you were a hatted restaurant. staff lacks the basic skills, my coffee came half a glass full as most of it was in the saucepan and on a drenched napkin. no sorry, no mention to replace it and not even a new napkin.
the only thing i could confidently say we enjoyed was the fresh juice.

• your kid's menu needs a revamp. kids these days have more than scrambled egg and pancakes. after seeing what i got on my plate my kid's food looked like slop.
• you are very well positioned, lucky for the view.
• staff are friendly but they can’t be making fun of customers in front of other customers. bad look.
