dined here tonight. busy and well located on the beach. staff appear overworked and had to ask waiters to take orders as we seemed to be ignored. food tasty enough but not everyone wants to eat dishes with 10 cloves of garlic or over oily food. our main fish dish was a portuguese style stew. it was literally swimming in oil. also hard to see what was small pieces of fish or garlic.
our friends seem to like thisplacebut in my opinion the dishes need to change so there is less garlic and oil.

ate there several years ago and enjoyed the night, but this time when we visitedplacehas changed, very hectic and noisey not the atmosphere to enjoy a nice meal. we asked to move to a quieter table but they are overbooking the place. left and went up the road to seasons, so much better with pleasant atmosphere and service

> 2x corn & chive griddle cake with grilled bacon, baby spinach, avocado salsa, roasted tomato, balsamic syrup and pulled pork & sweet potato hash with poached eggs, apple cider + bacon jam, green apple + herb slaw, candied chili <

another beautiful day another yummy dish! noosa have some good treasures for breakfast and our mission is to check them all out!! bistro c is definitely a popularplacefor all day food as it is always a struggle to grab a table! nonetheless, the food is very delicious and generous in size. the corn and chive griddle cake is nothing like anything we've ever tasted before! it was absolutely delicious and we will be definitely going back to demolish it again! the pulled pork and sweet potato hash was also an incredible dish that we devoured- it had such interesting flavours and every element complemented each other so perfectly

thisplaceis in a beautiful position & is always very busy due to this fact. service was fabulous. we had the seafood pasta which was nice but didn’t blow our minds. the venue was extremely loud which severely impacted our experience.

oh so disappointed with this place. was really looking forward to it as well. it was super busy too so thought l was onto a sure thing but sadly no. everything was blah. from service to drinks to food. blah! food lacked everything! because they are super busy you can tell they are not interested in flavour and quality just concentrating on pumping the quantity of food out which l was soo gutted about. i don't mind paying high end prices for meals but only when they are great and thisplacewasn't great. they totally ruined my eye fillet. dry and blend. total crime to food in my opinion. found out later of course that locals like to avoid hastings. i might be doing the same next time. #sadface

epic meal at bistro c last night- friendly and helpful service and the food was truly world class but in the relaxed beachside setting theplaceis known for. calamari outstanding & some of the best dressed natural oysters i’ve ever eaten. the mains were also excellent- whole baby snapper was crispy skinned yet the meat was succulent and the asian sweet sauce paired perfectly. ‘can i change the salad that comes with the snapper please?’ ‘yes sir of course what do you feel like?’ crispy salmon also a great dish. great wine list with a broad range of good quality options by the glass (which i sampled extensively). thanks for having us bistro c- by far the best restaurant in noosa.

we came here for a special birthday coming off of high recommendations. unfortunately thisplacesuffers from main strip syndrome where it gets a ton of business because of location but without much substance. the food was quite average, not very memorable whatsoever. the worst part was that you just feel like you’re one among the hundreds of covers they feed each service. staff was polite enough but not very personable. you definitely can feel that they just don’t care very much, just someone to take your orders and expedite the food. very mediocre dining experience overall for what you pay.

hands down the best venue in noosa. the owner is divine and the food is just epic.

today my family came in and was treated like family; the service was 5 star and the food too.

they accommodate children, perfect view and the servings for breakfast are so big you can share although i ordered the corn fritters and my gosh. the bacon. avocado and salad with that fritter was heaven on a plate.

partners eggs were creamy and cooked. coffee was spot on.

5/5. bestplacefor brunch in noosa.

bistro c is always very busy and it was the firstplacewe visited for breakfast, suggest you book or potentially wait. those views from the restaurant, looking directly at the main beach is breathtaking. the interior is very nice and walking in you feel like you have discovered gold.

the breakfast menu did not have many options but sufficient enough. we selected the cauliflower, pea and ricotta fritter with smoked tassie salmon, poached eggs, beetroot skurdelia, kale verde truffles mushroom ragu, sweet potato hash cake, blistered cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, goat cure with parmesan crisps.

the list of produce on the plate goes on and on and as fancy as it was, it was an epic fail because you served us undercooked eggs. once you have eaten a million poached eggs, you can tell by just looking at it. your egg whites were so translucent all i could think of was salmonella. i was very tempted to send it back but after hearing your very professional waitress and maitre'd talk about another table and make fun of the customers after they left, i did not want to end up with something else on the plate.

the staff has little hospitality experience. for aplacewith good price tag and elegance, you would think you were a hatted restaurant. staff lacks the basic skills, my coffee came half a glass full as most of it was in the saucepan and on a drenched napkin. no sorry, no mention to replace it and not even a new napkin.
the only thing i could confidently say we enjoyed was the fresh juice.

• your kid's menu needs a revamp. kids these days have more than scrambled egg and pancakes. after seeing what i got on my plate my kid's food looked like slop.
• you are very well positioned, lucky for the view.
• staff are friendly but they can’t be making fun of customers in front of other customers. bad look.

how good is this place! intimate, moody bar that leads to a magnificent panorama of noosa beach. cuban live band plays some soulful tunes that would make hemingway tap his foot.

theplaceis buzzing, but service standards are very high notwithstanding the busy tables. it’s relaxed still - not particularly pretentious.

we start with an aperol at the bar and are soon shown through to our table. unusually, we go with 4 x entrees - salt n pepper calamari, sticky lamb ribs, pork dumplings with seared scallops and moreton bay bug with green papaya salad. how freakin good! the lamb was so superb, only outdone by the dumplings. it’s the attention to detail with the accompaniments that set the meal apart.

we’re never without drinks or sparkling water, they’re superb with kids, and the espresso martini to finish was delightful.

all the while a whispering wind blows in from the beach, framing the azure blue waves and gentle surf. so good. this is my kind of paradise.

after being a loyal customer of bistro c for over 25 years, my favourite pan meal was the biggest let down. flavourless, obviously frozen seafood cooked quickly presented in a noisy environment filled with screaming children after 9 pm. waited 15 minutes for water and toplaceorder only to receive a pathetic replica of the bistro c signature dish.
