thisplacehas amazing food. they have great milkshakes (ask for peanut butter) and, they have the nutty muffet(muffin? muffet?). it is like a burger with coleslaw on it, along with peanuts. might not sound the best, but it taste great. thisplacealso has polite servers, and good, clean tables. 5/5

interesting experience. we had planned to eat in the basement of the grocery store, next to the auction barn, in kidron. it is the bestplaceto actually be among the amish people. we were too late for lunch. the young man selling shoes in the same basement suggested we try bishop's. we arrived there mid-afternoon. there were quite a few people there. our waitress was terrific. our food was very good. after lunch we went to the smucker's store just down the road. next time i will try the "nutty muffet"...and have more handmade onion rings! bishop's is a one-of-a-kind restaurant we hope to find along the road when we are traveling.
