pricey but good - ideal for business dinner. we have had several business dinners at this restaurant over the past 10 years. the foodselectionis pretty good, though i always choose a good fillet steak. call me boring, but knowing that this is a good dish i stick to it. if i want to be adventurous, i go somewhere else. in fact, i only go to birk's if two conditions are met: we organise a business dinner, and members of the dinner party are keen on steaks. remember, it is rather pricey so the event needs to justify it. however, the quality is great, the attention to detail too and the wineselectionis pretty impressive too.
