i wanted to send drinks to my family visiting there from a different city and thestaffwas very friendly in making sure the drinks reached them. the whole thing took less than 10mins in the phone including payments safely to the pub's qr code. i haven't been but this is an example of really good customer service

went there on 26th evening with my brother to have quality time on sunday, but evening turned disastrous. ambiance is not as good as you expect, not for people going to have some peaceful dinner with light music and good vibe ambiance. then the soup we ordered was little on cold side , same goes with coffee hot chocolate and starter we ordered. they forgot about starter so had to remind twice and then that too taste was pathetic. it was undercooked and was not worth of such high price. we came to have dinner but left just after having starters. won't recommend if you are looking for good time as table next to us was very abusive shouting andstaffwas just not concerned.

the music and ambience was not what we expected, thestaffwas not cooperating regarding the music and dj and no person was available for the dj.

this restaurant is always on top of my list when someone visit’s me from outside. i mean what can you say their ambiance is amazing, rooftop dining experience is just mind blowing.

so i have been here on multiple occasions, and there are two common things which i have always seen. 1st is their service they have so manystaffeverywhere standing here and there but their service is still poor. food coming to table takes a lot of time. their time is usually more than the usual time other restaurants take. and thestaffis not trained properly. they keep talking to each other. something is not right. 2nd is food. and this is something which is always on top of my list. i can live with bad ambiance or bad service but if the food taste is not good then i simply can’t live with it. i remove it from the list.

and sometimes you take chance with the restaurant even when there food doesn’t taste good. you feel that maybe they are off today next time they will be better. at big daddy i have never tasted food which sticks. never have i tasted something so good that after eating i want it more. something because of which you want to visit them again and again. their food taste is average. only thing that i find fit to order here is pizza. apart from that no dish here is worth remembering or coming back again to them. i only eat veg dishes so can’t comment on non-veg menu.

so in all if you are looking for a good place with nice ambience where you want to hangout with your friends. have some drinks and snacks then this is a place for you. but if you are visiting this place for food then you can skip it.
