the lady garima sharma was very polite and her nature was very sweet and overall experience was very good and the staff behaviour was verynice...

the food was reallyniceand specially the drinks. this place serves one of the best liits, which is my personal favourite.
they have all the different varieties of cocktails and mocktails with a desi twist too which is awesome, alongwith the beautiful ambience.

we were having a reallynicetime at the place, the food was good, the ambience was great. however, the restaurant forced us to pay the service charge even when we had clearly asked them to remove it multiple times. this is a very clear violation of the law as restaurants cannot force the customer to pay the service charge. the service charge is optional and has to be removed by the restaurant if the customer refuses to pay that. so, if you are going to this place, keep this point in mind and take the necessary action, if required.

this restaurant is always on top of my list when someone visit’s me from outside. i mean what can you say their ambiance is amazing, rooftop dining experience is just mind blowing.

so i have been here on multiple occasions, and there are two common things which i have always seen. 1st is their service they have so many staff everywhere standing here and there but their service is still poor. food coming to table takes a lot of time. their time is usually more than the usual time other restaurants take. and the staff is not trained properly. they keep talking to each other. something is not right. 2nd is food. and this is something which is always on top of my list. i can live with bad ambiance or bad service but if the food taste is not good then i simply can’t live with it. i remove it from the list.

and sometimes you take chance with the restaurant even when there food doesn’t taste good. you feel that maybe they are off today next time they will be better. at big daddy i have never tasted food which sticks. never have i tasted something so good that after eating i want it more. something because of which you want to visit them again and again. their food taste is average. only thing that i find fit to order here is pizza. apart from that no dish here is worth remembering or coming back again to them. i only eat veg dishes so can’t comment on non-veg menu.

so in all if you are looking for a good place withniceambience where you want to hangout with your friends. have some drinks and snacks then this is a place for you. but if you are visiting this place for food then you can skip it.
