you are welcome to not go. anyone who freaks out on this place, who more than likely works at the competition with your amazingly incredible "one review" review on urbanspoon, are welcome to not eat here ever, thereby allowing me seats for me and my family. i choose to get to get full on good zza, and not pay for pizza as big as a half dollar, and as pricey as caviar at your silly rich people places.

i'll tell you this pizza was so good that i was looking forward to even eating the crust. honestly even though the pie was a bit pricey 30 bucks it was worth every penny considering it fed 4 dudes and then some.

great atmosphere sitting outside on the patio as well. our server was friendly and knowledgable.

good new york style. i like bennidito's pizza, maybe even more that david’s. however, i ran a couple pizza places similar to bennidito’s and david’s, and their consistency is an issue. sometimes their pizzas are more crust than toppings, you need to turn out the same quality pie each time. the toppings are fresh and i like their combos. overall still my favorite place for new york style pizza in the area.

best pizza in town. definitely the best pizza your money can buy in spokane. amazing combinations of flavors and fresh, organic ingredients, great beer selection. the only complaint is that it's always crazy busy. other reviewers have said about bad or slow service, but they neglect to say it's because the servers are so busy with a packed house every night of the week.

what a disappointment. went there 5/3/13. the place was not particularly busy and there were open tables, but the service was the worst experience i have ever had at a restaurant in spokane. we waited 20 minutes to even get a menu or any acknowledgement from the staff. the waiter then said he would 'be right back' to take our order. it was another 20 minutes until he returned. the pizza was fair to good. when the bill arrived, the amount was for $44.73. the waiter then took the credit card and returned with a credit card slip for $64.35. when brought to his attention, he said he brought me the slip for 'the wrong table'. if you want to be ignored and overcharged, bennidito's is the place for you. for me, i will never go back to their restaurant on the south hill.

stay away, avoid -- entirely overpriced hit-or-miss pizza. after years of putting up with beneditto's, i finally had a pizza that was so disgusting and terrible that i requested a refund on my credit card -- and was given a 30 minute run around and refused. ordering from beneditto's is like playing russian roulette -- will the dough be underdone or burned -- will it be so salted that it could bring on a coronary? most of the time, a pizza looks like it was assembled by randomly throwing on a fist full of ingredients. thank goodness there are some awesome new pizzerias -- and thank goodness i can vote with my pocket book. a group that meets quarterly and spends several hundred dollars on pizza and beers is meeting elsewhere. only if the owner had been reasonable and offered what i requested.

i wanted to like this place, but unfortunately went away thinking that i have had better pizza at other places, yes, better than most chains (but not all).

first, to me the two most important parts of a pizza is the dough and the sauce. here, they add butter to the flour mix - which is fine if you want more of a "biscuit" texture but it wasn't quite what i had in mind as a pizza crust. the tomato base was hardly even noticed and that was the bigger disappointment. i didn't taste that tomatoey flavor fused with oregano and thyme, etc. and, secondly, i have always found that most "italian" foods - pizza, lasagna, etc. - seem even better the next day, right? you know, the various herbs and spices seem to blend in more after being cooked/baked. no, this wasn't any better.

the "pub" quality was nice, the server was attentive - but, no reason to come back.  i think the higher rating noted is because of the quantity/quality of beer served - that's good, but i wanted a good pizza, too.

consistently horrible service...especially the short older guy. he's not only a very bad server, but he's very, very rude and uninviting.

just had one of the most awful restaurant experiences ever. while the pizza was descent and the server was nice enough, i can't say anything nice about the rest of the evening. let's start with the crappy parking (which in all honesty we knew about ahead of time but still sucks), followed by catching at least 2 of the employees hanging off the back stoop in a cloud of pot smoke on our way into the restaurant. so we enter with no greeting or direction as to where to sit and follow the overhead sign that says we may seat ourselves. knowing full well we'd have a table of 6 adults and 2 kids plus several pizzas, we sat on the much less crowded side of the restaurant at 2 tables. being there a few minutes, we were then asked to move to the complete opposite side of the restaurant as that half of the place was being closed for the evening. how much extra work is it for our server to walk an extra 10 steps to the less crowded table we'd originally chosen and be comfortable at? so, long story short, we were served frozen marinara with our breadsticks, the server tried to cram 5 pizzas on the table leaving at least 2 people to hold their plates to eat as there was no table room, the music was blaring, our drink refill request was ignored, and to top it off.... we got to pay the automatic 18% gratuity for this ridiculous experience. thanks for nothing benniditos pizza, we won't be back.

kickass pizza. i just got back from dinner at benneditos with my parents, and i gotta say, they redeemed themselves a bit tonight.

i've been there 3 times since moving to spokane, and it's a fact these guys crank out a seriously tasty pie, and their calzones are monstrous and delicious too. the place has a cool vibe and they always have excellent local and regional brews on tap. you'd think, "what's not to love?!", right?

the problem, historically, is the service. wow, has it ever been abysmal. just look at most of the other reviews: long waits, ignoring customers, under-staffing, rude staff, etc. most of that happened to me my first 2 times there, leaving a bad taste. well tonight i saw some positive changes. their was 2 servers working the place pretty efficiently. our server was nice if a little short, but obviously busting her ass, and doing a damn good job. i'd have no problem recommending this joint to friends and family now. hopefully they can keep up the good work. service really makes a big difference!

bennidito's has a policy of seating yourself. great! then pay attention when people come in. waited 10 minutes to order drinks. another 10 minutes no drinks. awful service!

awful service!. so i place an online order (over $50) pay, sit around and wait. 45 minutes later a rude woman calls to let me know they don't deliver and wants to know if i want to come get it or get a refund. i request a discount and you would have thought that attempted to rob the place. needless to say they refund my $2 delivery charge and $5 tip and act like they did me a big favor. avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

holy crappy service batman!. i don't live far from here, and i've probably been here 20+ times, and i still feel like i'm treated like crap everytime. with a town as small as spokane, good customer service should be king, but for a long time i've seen bad customer service reviews on here and other sites, plus the fact none of my friends will go there anymore because of the (lack of) service. not sure when the owners will pick up on that, or maybe they just don't care? either way it doesn't matter because i'll never go back. it's too bad because their beer buddies are awesome.

bennidito’s pizza in spokane has a cool vibe, and i would describe it as a cross between a trendy pizza place and a sports bar.  it has a fun atmosphere inside, and i think it would be even better to dine there during good weather because they even have a nice patio outside.  one thing that definitely helped my impression of bennidito’s was their selection of local beers on tap as well as wine, and their pizza further solidified my positive thoughts on them.  i ordered their maui wowie pizza without pineapple, because pineapple simply doesn’t belong on pizza.  so, my iteration of their maui wowie pizza had mozzarella and fontina cheese, prosciutto ham, and pancetta bacon.  the cheese was rich and creamy, thanks to the fontina i believe, and the meats were excellent.  the crust ranged from crispy to puffy on different parts of the pizza, and i found it to be a little dry.  still, i really liked bennidito’s pizza and would rank it just behind the flying goat as my favorite pizza place in
