[ 0 ] february 12, 2015 | talisha bastille’s is a french restaurant that recently relocated to a new location in old town alexandria, in a revitalizing part of town. they hosted a wonderful grand re-opening event that consisted of some of their signature starters of artisanal cheeses, beignets of escargots, charcuteries du jour and some very yummy gougerers that i couldn’t stop eating. with ample street parking and wide sidewalks this new location will please the old and new patrons with intimate seating for couples and a private room in the back for group dining or private functions. a wide glass window in thekitchenthat diners can view while enjoying their meal. an ample selection of wine that is stored in a nice walk-in wine cellar was available for sampling. the atmosphere is very entertaining, with a small bar area that will be ideal for afterwork happy hour. i will return soon to sample some of their main dishes. wine cellar intimate seating openkitchenthat can be viewed from the dining area. share this: email facebook twitter
