so i now live right across the street from bambinos and i think i have a good perspective on the place as i've been there over 10 times.

the pizza is great. really good charred crust. awesome combinations. very fresh.

calzones are also delicious and a good price as well.

the salads, especially the hazelnut, are also delicious.

finally, the beer selection is so creative. every time i go, always something new and yummy.

now the service. to its credit, it's gotten better. i still wouldn'tcallit amazing for sure. it just seems some of the staff often bring their b game. this has to be the management there not motivating them properly.

all in all though, i like the place and i recommend it.

absolutely the worst customer service i have experienced in a long time!. the pizza is okay, but the service here is terrible! i ordered a pizza for delivery and paid for it over the phone. an hour and 1/2 later still no pizza, so i called and the woman told me that the driver had left and she would try to find out where he is and get back to me....well, no phonecallback and 20 minutes later, still no pizza. so i called back and told her to cancel my order and refund my money and she told me that she was not able to do that. she said the pizza is on its way and she can't reverse the charges. are you kidding me? if someone can put a charge through on your debit card, they can take it off. the pizza finally arrived and the delivery guy, whom the woman on the phone told me was the new owner, had no idea that the pizza was so late and i told him that i didn't want it any longer and i had cancelled the order. he told me to just go ahead and take the pizza and we wouldn't be charged for it. well, we were charged for it! so, i had to contest the charge to my debit card, and finally got a refund. total waist of time and we will never order from them again!!!!!!

unfortunately a fail!. fail! such a shame to have to give such a bad review because the pizza was good and the service was good the first 1 out of 10 times we've had it so the potential was there. the first time was spot on in order and service. the second time, they forgot something and we got no credit. the 3rd through 5th time we got late service and 7th and 8th time we got a latecallletting us part of our order would be missing. the 10th time, i ordered online, which was allowed, but after a non-delivery was told the first time that a manager wouldcallme and perhaps i called after order time (not true, it was over 20 minutes before closing time for lunch delivery as posted on the website and confirmed by a previous phone call). i requested a manager tocallme back and was told once the staff was back at 4, i would receive acallback. never happened. called back again to address the issue, asked for a manager to speak to and was told that the time had changed and that's all they could tell me. i said that's a shame since i had been telling people how good their pizza is and would no longer recommend their services if their resolution was just "time changed without any notification." so this is the review you get when you have multiple opportunities to address and fix your problems. bambino's fail fail fail

rude manager!. pizza has no taste and the manager there at the time was extremely rude!!! my boyfriend and i went 40 minutes out of our way to eat here b/c i had a gift card. after we ate our tasteless pizza we went to pay for our lunch with our gift card. the waitress came back and said her manager said we can't use it b/c it's been bought over a year ago. i looked at the card with confusion and it didnt' state any expiration date or anything on it. there was a number on the back tocalland check our balance and it stated we had $30 on it. i took it to the cash register where the manager was and was very nice and explained what was going on. right away she was extremely rude in telling us it's not her problem b/c they have no way of "reading" a card that is over a year old. i told her that we called the number on the back and it gave us a $30 balance. she said if there is a number tocallto get the balance then we shouldcallthem and get our money back. i told her the number didn't give us any options and it just gave us a balance. she didn't care. not only would it have been a good thing to give us a small discount since we got screwed, but not being nice about anything just lost them a customer. they not only need to learn how to make better pizza but they need to take a class on customer service.

worst pizza i've ever had delivered. found a flier on my windshield - 3 grandkids were coming over and i wanted to watch the vice-presidential debate so i decided to try bambino's. big mistake. pizza arrived burned to a cinder. - inedible kids were upset and hungry. called to complain and got the brush off. "we are busy right now - manager willcallback. no one called. two hours later called again - similar brush off - "this is the way oven roasted pizza is prepared - people like it this way" charcoal? i doubt anyone likes it that way. caveat emptor - bambino's is not for the bambini and not for the adults. even my dog wouldn't eat it!

not recomended at all. i have been a customer of this resturant for a year...last night i ordered a pizza and a salad. the pizza was fine but the insalata mista was disapointing to put it lightly ...it seriuoly had three small tomatos, only a few crumbs of chees and very very bitter lettuce. the critique relly is about the assistant managers answer to my complant. i called to complain at 1 pm...they said the manager was busy but would like tocallme back...they never did. 7 oclock i called and talked to the assistant manager and said that i was very unsatisified with my salad. he said he would take care of me.. i told him the salad was very very tight wit the porportions and the lettuce was too bitter to eat. he said he would give me half off the next order of salad. i said i am telling you the entire order of salad was unexceptable and i would at the very least say i deserve a replacement salad and that i was a loyal customer. he said he did not see it that way. i was thinking, come on man if i was in your resturant and not a a delivery you would have replaced it for me. he would not and would not give me the name of his manager.......


not that they would even care.....i will not order agian from here and i am claiming this as bad service to get my money back from visa..
