food was great! the steaks were perfectly cooked, the new england clam chowder was very flavorful and the bananas foster for desert was the best way to end our evening! pricey but with it!

best gluten-free menu in fort wayne!. we went out for dinner for my birthday last night and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. our server was fantastic and offer lots of suggestions for drinks and food. the gluten free bread was outstanding and it was so nice to be able to snack on bread along with the rest of my family. our adult beverages were perfect and our children's drinks were kept full. everything was very tasty from appetizer to dessert. we will definitely be back!

wow, and wow.... first time, and i'll be back. food was amazing (had the blackened porkchops w/ apple pear chutney), and the service was stellar. what impressed me was the attention to detail...i always had my silverware replaced, cold fork with the carrot cake (which is to die for!!). definitely recommend!! ask for heather!

my first time eating at baker street was a may dinner. i was very happy with the service, everyone is very kind and our server checked in on us at good times.

the food, i'm mixed on. if i am paying so much for an entree, i expect it to taste very good. i had the al fresco fettucini. it was extremely greasy (there was a huge puddle of grease in the bottom of the bowl) and the sun dried tomatoes tasted sour and i found myself picking around them. all the other ingredients were fine, though, and the portion was huge.

the rest of the food and my martini tasted great. the soup of the day was clam chowder and i loved it. i also had a calamari appetizer which was tasty.

the bread was also good, especially the pretzel bread. however, we got 4 pieces of bread for our 6-person group, which lead the the awkward, "no, you can have it" and tearing some in half to share.

overall, i wouldn't go back unless someone else was paying. the prices were less expensive than i would have thought and you get a lot of food, but i like don hall's even better.

take your date there if you have a big wallet and want to impress him or her, but it isn't the best place in town by a long shot.

awesome. hands down some of the best grub in town. my favorite aspect of baker street is that it is what you want it to be, if you want a dressed up date with the significant other it's very accomodating for that. but if you just want a quality meal after work at the bar, you're not looked down at for not wearing a suit and tie ( the staff is incredible)

food is great as are portions, i go there as often as i can!

good food lousy service. ate lunch on may 3 with my girl friend . the food was great but we we're ignored by our server while she chat with the table next to us about her pregnancy-her placenta problems and her food cravings.she also went through quite a few photos of her children and this went on for our whole lunch.we will dine at baker street again but avoid this young lady at all costs.

the food and service at baker st. are superb. great rib eye steaks and crab cake appetizer. the chop chop salad was superb. wide selection of beer and wine. expect to pay about $50-60 per person with alcohol (without tip) if you get the top of the line entrees. they do have some lower priced sandwiches and informal fare. we go here on very special occasions only, but will be looking for better values in the future.

bakerstreet onion rings. the bstreet o rings are fan-tabulous!!!! they are ginormous and provide the entire table with a great palate joy!!!!

took over an hour to get my fish and chips which was mostly chips. food average and expensive. whole meal took 1 1/2 hours for lunch on a saturday

sitting in the bar, we had access to order anything on the menu (unlike another restaurant on jefferson which will remain nameless. . . for now), though on this night, we opted for their special - bison burgers! we could get it topped with whatever we wanted. we selected blue cheese, bacon, sauteed onions and mushrooms. it was presented with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. the top photo shows it being paired with bistro chips while the bottom photo the gigantic low-fat burger is paired with their colossal onion rings. the burgers were prepared to perfection. although we ordered them well done, they were anything but dry. the chef took special care to

great service...had a one wedge (small) salad and 3 small scsllops...friend had 3 scallops and lobster bisque.....this was lunch..50.00..no drinks..price is way too much for lunch.. parking lot across the street at the fish house was packed lunch guess i'll be going there

the blackened scallop appetizer was cooked to perfection as was the 14 oz ribeye. the service was exceptional. perfect for date night. expect to pay a pretty penny, but the few times i've been here have been worth it every time.

baker street has also become a favorite of mine. i have always had a nice meal there. i would recommend reservations, otherwise you "might" be lucky enough to sit in the bar area. it's usually packed.

my husband and i had a gift card, so we decided to give it a try. we were shocked and how amazing the service and food was. yes, it's pricey, but it's 100% worth the price. the quality of food by far surpasses many other restaurants in town that are also classified as expensive. needless to say, we'll be going back, gift card or not.
