wouldn't go back. family and i went to this place to try out the local eateries. we were greeted with great customer service and was seated close by the window with such a beautiful view. i was craving mad for some clam chowder and it was a disappointment. the menu said bread bowl and clam chowder. wel....it turned out it's in this ceramic weird modern bowl with the chowder over the tiny bread bowl. it was served like as it was biscuits and gravy and plus the chowder needed more flavor. still good enough to eat the whole thing though but didn't like it because it showed a fine dining that they are stingy in my opinion. my husbandorderedthe chicken pot pie and it also turned to be a croissant on top of a chowder flavor of pot pie. disappointment! this was also like a biscuits and gravy type of thing also. it was good and eatable still but it was disappointing cuz it's also stingy as well and it is not chicken pot pie at all! my friendorderedthe blackened natural chicken breast which was good so at least his wasn't disappointing.

so to make this short the place is nice and the food well....it's disappointing. it's not really fine dining in my taste. it may be a nice restaurant sorta with a very beautiful view but their food is definitely not fine dining. i would only go back there to give it another shot to see if they change the way they cook their stuff with serving. but we got good customer service and the staff were nice. don't go here if you are craving for clam chowder though.

fantastic food! came here spontaneously on the way to cannon beach andorderedthe duck and the salmon. a selection of breads were presented to us with dippings that were so good we decided to ask for more. both meals were so tasty we decided to order the cheese cake too. not surprisingly it was also amazing. i have to say this dining experience has been the highlight of my stay in canada and the states so far.

disappointed -meal was terrible. had eaten here before with my husband so was excited to bring family here. our meal was terrible! iorderedscallops with yam fries and the fries we burnt. when we told our waitress she told us, that is the way their chef likes them prepared. my daughterordereda fig, shrimp, spaghetti dish and the sauce was also burnt tasting.

unfortunately we will be going back to our regular stop instead of coming back to this restaurant.

never again!. went in with my boyfriend and we were not impressed. it was crowded the food was less than impressive. weorderedsteak and could not chew it. way over priced, we will never go back.
