received a pizza delivery where the pizza was received up side down in the box. called the store and asked that the pizza cost be credited and the old pizza be picked up from the front porch of the house. we were credited, but a store representative showed up at our door and overturned the return pizza on the porch making a mess. we called to ask them to remove the mess and they said that they refused to do so. 

this is about the worstfoodservice company that i have deplt with in 40 plus years!!!

amazing. i never had such great pizza since moving here to florida . it is so good and all my family and friends love it. everything we had was cooked fresh on the spot. we tried the wings and they were yummy and the kids love the multiple sauces they have to choose from. thefoodis just amazing and they have champions making the food, it is very cool to go in and see the pizza guy tossing and i'm loving the tvs on the walls which really gives the place addition. we love you backstreet and wish you many more great years to come.

absolutely amazing. i have been going to this great little place since they opened and think they have great service and the bestfoodaround. the calzones and strombolis are to die for and the pizza can't be beat. my kids look forward to our weekly visit to backstreet pizza and they make us feel right at home and go out of their way to please my kids, which is a plus for me. did i mention i am also addicted to their awesome garlic knots, they are so delicious and huge.

good food. this place has amazing pizza, subs and wings as well. however, their prices are slightly steep. for what you can get at pizza hut for $30, you get about half at backstreet. they do have unique pizzas, and for every once in a while its fantastic food! but for people who want a lot offoodfor very little-not the place.
ive never had a bad meal here, ever! its obviously family owned and operated, but these make the best resturaunts! very friendly staff, always striking up a conversation with you.

foodcriticmike. i just moved to this area recently and tried backstreet and thought it was great! i had a dinner party and they were very organized and timely with my delivery and thefoodwas perfect. thanks for being a great addition to our town.
