we went through the drive threw , there was a car in front of us at the window, as we waited all of a sudden seemingly out of nowhere was a large woman in my car window saying . that'll be 18.75. she scared the hell out of me. my sister was digging in her purse getting themoneywhile the employee waited outside my car window and i saw that she had come out of the side door of the building. she was kind of pacing while waiting and finally my sister got out a $20 and i handed it to the employee, she took it , stepped back, and went "ugh" kind of loudly. i guess she had not liked waiting for us to get themoneyout , we did not like having someone jump out a side door at us demanding money, it was very strange and it frightened me when it happened. we did not the attitude either, so when we got to the window a different employee handed me the drinks , but my sister was saying she would not eat the food after the strange ordeal , and what we saw of the kitchen through the door was not pretty either. i said really i would just like themoneyback. she told me wait a minute, and she went and came back with the woman that had jumped out the door at us, she asked what she could do for us and i told her that i just wanted mymoneyback. she asked if i would tell her why and i said "no". i thought if this was the one in charge it was a waist of time and breath to even try and explain it. i did not eat the food here, i would not eat the food here, and if i were the owner i would wonder why they are collectingmoneyfrom the side door!
