not a fan. we tried them one time and was digusted. there were only a couple of other customers in the place when we arrived, but it still took an exceedingly long time for someone to take our order, and then to receive our order. there were several things we would have liked to try, but were told they were either "out" of them (if it was a canned beverage, for example) or that they had none prepared (a food item from the menu). we ultimately settled for a basic cubano sandwich, and after hearing all the hype about this type of sandwich, we were left scratching our heads. the worst part of the trip, however, was the utter indifference of the staff. there were no "thank yous", no "come agains", no "can we get you anything else?". in fact, a group of the employees' friends or family came in, and they all gathered in a group within earshot of our table and loudly chatted and laughed in spanish- which is fine- but it overpowered our attempts to enjoy the mediocre food that we settled on because they didn't have anything else. i couldn't help but wonder, with the passive hostility we received (were we bothering them, by coming into their restaurant to order food?), that perhaps if we were cuban that whatever we'd been told they were "out" of might have magically appeared from the back-? i don't care what others say about this place- we will never go back and we'd certainly never recommend it!
