packing was very bad. boxes was were badly damaged.foodwas leaking out. also dahi ke kabab is having cheese however it was not specified .. dahi ke kabab never has cheese if it has then it should be mentioned. fried rice looking like biryani rather having red colour.

one of the best place to have hukka and gudfoodin kanpur. ambience is also quite good . but remember never visit it in noon or morning hours .

situated on the 8th floor the place could have encashed its location much more but the thrill is missing.foodis just okay. we had ordered their speciality pizza but it was more like home made pizza with overload of solidified cheese. beverages are fine. the place isnt a top on chart in kanpur but not so bad either.

worst customer service i have ever seen at any pro restaurant. they denied to accept payment as soon as i was about to pay thru zomato to avail 20 % discount. their manager embarrassed us and family and asked to pay directly to them.never eat here asfoodalso.is pathetic with poor taste and u can expect 1 hr delay for food

food is really bad, too salty and tasteless. wonton soup was not even close to how it is supposed to be. too much offoodcolor used in noodles. fish was cooked so improperly , there was a thick layer of egg on top... disappointed

atmosphere grill cafè sheesha is one the best restraunt in kanpur for casual dining which is also pocket friendly.foodis good, ambience is also good.

had a great time there, visited first time, goodfood& ambience, i ordered pizza and shakes, was good. looking forward to visit there again.
the quality offoodthey serve is awesone and the service is also good. the interiors are impressive and the management is also nice. it has a parking facility. sheesha offered by them is very fascinating. has separate smoking room and the place is fully air conditioned. you will definitely have a nice time here.a good place to hang out with friends and family.

what an awesome place in city. it's on main road and top of the floor. the sitting arrangement is awesome.foodis little bit awesome but the hukka service and hukka taste be like good. amazing ambience. nice service bu sudheer. as well come soon again..

i was pleasantly surprised by thefoodhere . really didn't expect much in terms offoodin a sheesha place . so coming to thefood.
food : we ordered malai chicken tikka , mutton biryani and chicken tikka masala . the chicken tikka was extremely tender and flavourful , while the curry was delicious too . mutton biryani could have been better . the rice was nicely flavored but the meat was quite tough .
