packing was very bad. boxes was were badly damaged. food was leaking out. also dahi ke kabab is having cheese however it was not specified .. dahi ke kabab never has cheese if it has then it should be mentioned. fried rice looking like biryani rather having red colour.

one of the best place to have hukka and gud food in kanpur. ambience is also quite good . but remember never visit it in noon or morning hours .

the place with amazing view to chill with friends. specially the rooftop area has, just the right ambiance and view to enjoy sheesha or drinks. quick service.

the ambiance was nice. a nice place to hangout. although the service was not at all good, even we got stuck in their lift. the chilli garlic noodles was okay. i didn't like the shanghai noodles. oreo shake was very nice.😍

situated on the 8th floor the place could have encashed its location much more but the thrill is missing. food is just okay. we had ordered their speciality pizza but it was more like home made pizza with overload of solidified cheese. beverages are fine. the place isnt a top on chart in kanpur but not so bad either.

worst customer service i have ever seen at any pro restaurant. they denied to accept payment as soon as i was about to pay thru zomato to avail 20 % discount. their manager embarrassed us and family and asked to pay directly to them.never eat here as food also.is pathetic with poor taste and u can expect 1 hr delay for food

worst shahi tukda i have ever tried. its not sweet. the bread has become soggy. it is tasteless
