confusing and sub-par. i went to this place a few nights ago with my wife and friend. we were really really looking for some tasty greek food, and this popped up in a search of the local area. "great!" we thought and hopped in the car and went on down.

upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by the waitress and an older guy sitting at the bar, watching tv, who i took to be the owner. so we sat down, and were given happy hourmenus(no actual menus) and left while the waitress got our waters. the happy hourmenuswere lackluster, so we didn't order anything from them, and upon receiving the realmenuswe were totally confused. i thought this place was a greek restaurant. not so much. this restaurant really doesn't know what it is. it's american, it's italian, it's german, it's all of these and none of these at once. there's no cohesiveness.

i had the "gyro deluxe" with lamb. the "deluxe" was basically the same as a regular gyro with french fries and feta cheese for 50¢ more. i'll let that sink in for a minute... 3 french fries & feta cheese. for 50 more cents. yes. this is on top of the chunky tzatziki sauce, smattering of red onions and meat (which all told wasn't bad at all). it was odd. i can't say that i enjoyed it really. with the gyro, i had the 'greek' salad. the dressing on same salad was gross. sour, oily, and very strangely bright orange.

all in all, this is a restaurant that if someone took it in hand and actually managed it (think "kitchen nightmares" style) could be good, but as it is, i doubt that it'll be around very long. don't waste your time.
