102 craft beers on tap, nuff said! oh yea they havepizzaand subs too.. you will find few other venues that offer a selection of draft, craft brews larger than this. i just returned from a trip to dc and visited their newest brew pub with the largest selection in the metro area. it had all of 32, and they were amazed at what we had back home. include the fact that a good many choices are their own excellentpizzaboy brews, they always have something new to choose from. the staff aren't rude, they've just been asked "what beer should i get?" about 1000 times a day. thepizzaand subs are good straight forward fare and are not trying to be something they aren't. it's a place to relax and have some of the best beers your will find.

just what the area needed. beer selection is awesome. awesome! found some of my all-time favorites on their list that i had not seen in years. thepizzais tasty but not the reason i come here. fun and knowlegable staff. some have mentioned that the employees aren't friendly, and while i would disagree, i can see why they wouldn't be. the suburbanite prozac-dazed crowd shows up in force since it's the new hip place to be, and many of these folks somehow can't figure out what they want even after waiting in line, so there is a wait to get your beer at times.
al's of hampton, don't change a thing.

for such an excellent beer selection (huge fan of thepizzaboy sours) it's a real shame that the staff is so rude. also, its obnoxious that they wont let you sample beer when deciding which delicious selection would like to fill your growler with. i'm thoroughly upset about this since als could have easily become one of my new fav spots.

this place was large and offered plenty of variety ofpizzaand food along with tons of beer. great pizza, i was surprised by the condiment bar which had a lot of things to offer such as nacho cheese(wasn't hot though...) and every hot sauce i can think of. their beer menu is just.... endless. i would recommend

crazy, eclectic beer selection, good microbrew on site,pizzais also great. i almost don't want to recommend it b/c until they move into the bigger location, it can be hard to get a seat. this is my new regular favorite place.

awesome food!. stopped at a nearby hotel for the night on a road trip. found al's online and had it delivered. we don't always hit the mark with delivery during our travels but al's was fantastic and incredibly fast delivery for a friday night. my husband had the bacon cheeseburgerpizzawhich was excellent, and i had an italian sub with onion rings and wow. the food was delicious, one of the best pizzas and subs we've had in ages. we were thrilled to come across this little gem and can't wait for our next trip that brings us through pa.

**first and foremost this al's is in no way affiliated with the local al'spizzachain**

al's is an amazing case of what apizzaplace really should be. not the biggest place but it makes up for it with great food. i had a chicken cheese steak, which was a little on the small side, but was still very good. i also got to try a few slices and they were very good as well. i can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

now on to the good part, the insane beer selection. simply put, there is no better selection of beer in the greater harrisburg area, period. they have some of the best beers in the world on tap and in bottles. the mix six is a good deal, as are the growlers. if you are looking to branch out and try some new beers, al's of hampden is your place.

best beer selection on the west shore, including 14 taps pumping rare craft and micros from all over. tue and fri growler fill specials and a killer dinner (don't thinkpizzashop food) special every wed night. try the cheesesteak stuffedpizzaand the soups for sure.

overall great place!. typicalpizzajoint with great standards for pizza, subs, and wings and great customer service. what sets al's apart is the fact that they serve beer and have a great selection.

they typically have 8-to-10 beers on tap, which usually consists of 4 or 5 hard-to-find microbrews. they also sell 6 packs to-go and have all the standards but again set themselves apart by offering an excellent selection of microbrews that you usually have to go to westy's for a full case. if you love good beer then don't miss this place!
