we live a scant ten minute drive from this establishment so wetendto go about once a month or so, and with good reason.  you never leave hungry due to the massive lavosh bread they send to the table (and we always clean the yogurt dipping sauce plate.)  we alsotendto lean toward chicken dishes which are at a slightly lower price point.  the curry and kebobs are quite tasty and the sides work well with the proteins.  the garden salad they offer is fresh and bountiful enough to be shared and is a great complement to the steaming hot bread.  overall a nice experience and a good value.

we really like this place. wetendto do more take out from here than eating in. best gyros, and best fresh poori bread ? or is called naan ?
the inside dining is very casual and you can watch the bread making in the open brick oven.

my latest visit to alibaba. if you've never had turkish food, given the geographic location of turkey it's about what you would expect-- somewhere between greek and lebanese food. anyhow, last time when i was here, started with a "appetizer plate", basically you choose five out of ten delicious fresh salad. cost me $9.95+tax and i was impressed.

for the main course i ordered the "isksender kebab" which was quite tasty. it was basically a lamb and beef doner kebab served with a tomato sauce and yogurt. the meat was thin, tasty and moist. best part is it's served on top of croutons of pita turkish bread, made soggy with the delicious juices of the meat. quite satisfied with this choice, i think it cost a little under $9.95+tax or so and the portion was quite big i could not finish so i took some home.

this was the best turkish food i've had, but the isksender kebab at least was above excellent. due to the location and the fact that people in capital districttendto shun ethnic foods which have not already been popularized throughout the nation, i'm a not worried to go this place as it never disappoints. so show some love and drop some money there and get a bellyful of excellent chow.
