service not good. i really wanted to like it - i have so many friends who do. but the service is not good. years ago we went for brunch here with young kids and it was so incredibly unkid friendly and unsympathetic to the challenges of long waits with young children. so we didn't do back for a long time. we went last night for my husband's birthday. i figured not kidfriendly is good when you are on a date. first thing was being seated by a large table. we asked the man serving us water if we could move to a quieter areas. he told us we would have to ask the hostess and left. so we got up and asked the hostess who did let us move. waiter would reach over us and hit out glass with his arm. rear end in our face as he waited on thetablenext to us. bread came to us after thetablenext to us who came after us. never got the right food to the right person. food was really good but not good enough to overcome the lack of focus on customer service.
