the ambience was amazing .
but when it comes to thefoodit was a big big disappointment. the taste nd quality of goodfoodwas not as expected from a 5 star . we ordered pizza which was very chewy, hot chocolate tasted exactly like bournvita mixed with milk. and they took 1 hour to serve the bournvita milk 😂.

no doubt view is great. but staff very unprofessional. unexpected from a 5 star hotel.foodquality extremely poor.

we went there on nabami night. the plan was to just have a drink and a bit offoodwith a friend. we weren't hungry and we had to drive to didn't drink much, but we were forced to take the unlimited food+ drinks package. when the front desk told us that ala carte won't be available we wanted to walk out as we perfectly understood that it was durga pujo. but, our decision wasn't respected and we were forced to take cover charge package of 2.5k per person and whatever we eat and drink was supposed to be redeemable. once we went there, we were allowed the worst seat of the lot indoors and even after repeated requests we weren't given the rooftop. my friend decided to go with the buffet and i went with ala carte. i decided to order some prawn starter and believe it or not, the waiter looks a handful of prawns from the buffet counter and served it to me under the ala carte with an inflated price. never coming back here again.

before writing the review for this dining experience, one thing i would definitely recommend to never ever opt for buffet in 5 star restaurant during any festive events like durga puja.
as the prices will too high as compared to normal days with less options and eventually thefoodwill be disgusting. hence the complete day will be wasted .

here is one such experience that i’m sharing for 31/32 during ashtami day 2021.
we were two, opted for dinner buffet( a al carte wasn’t available), it costs around 6k in total which is total worthless as we tasted stale basanti polao and no indian breads served in the buffet counter (check the photos)
we even complained about the polao after which they didn’t serve that at all😂.
the only good thing was the dessert counter without no ice cream 😛 but i’m pretty much sure 3k for each only for desserts is way too much.
my ardent request to restaurant authority, please don’t fool people like this, i can understand you guys must be having some pressure as that’s the rush hour but kindly don’t waste money.

winter is coming and so our warm desire for romantic dates or fun winter special hangouts. so how about spending our beautiful days on a rooftop at 32nd floor with a mesmerizing city view!

though i had tried only their drinks ,but you can enjoy greatfoodand specially buffets(kindly check availability before opting).

drinks i had here:
nada colada: rs.300,
iced tea: rs.300.

only one thing, service could be more prominent.
so this winter ,get drenched with warmth of life at 31 32 or 32 the helipad lounge with a filled soul.

very very ordinary. the quality offoodwas not upto the mark. the service was really slow. all items are overpriced

visited this place because of the rooftop view and ofcourse westin brand but the experience was worst till date. reached before 5 pm to have the good view along with the food. some party was going on so we opted for same with unlimited snacks and drinks for 1500 each. no one was there to even ask if we need anything. upon checking we were told thatfoodand drinks will be served after 6.30 pm but finally it was served after 7.30 that too upon complaining about the service. pathetic service and management, not expected from a 5 star restaurant. if you wanna spoil your mood and waste your money then go for it. only positive was the great rooftop view. highly not recommended.

nice décor and view but the rooftop was booked which they failed to mentioned during booking.foodwas okay in taste but portion was very less compared to price and even for one. and only 2 servers were there, whom we have to call multiple times even for the menu. maximum drinks weren't available. considering the standard westin hold..31 32 wasn't upto the mark.

31 32 offers one of the most gorgeous views of kolkata. it's a really beautiful place. and that's it. that's where the good things about this place ends.
it's like they built a restaurant with a beautiful view, and just left it at that.
the staff is uninterested at best. the sofas and chairs were stained and dirty. and thefoodwas just ok. in the end, not really a place i'd want to come back to, a second time.

wonderful views of new town from the rooftop of westin at 31 32. good choices infoodand drinks and prompt helpful service by the staff. the dessert was a let down though. overall, wonderful experience and would recommend to everyone.

team 31 32 you have managed to disappoint me. i did an advance booking for 26th to celebrate my anniversary by directly caling you, where you promised me some good seating arrangements and complimentary cake

when i reached no one was available at the desk to assist. we walked inside and tried looking around and asked a waiter for our booking where he advised of some of the available spaces basically few high chairs and inside seating to pick one of our choice and there were no arrangements done before hand.

we chose some seats and asked if teh outdoor ones get empty pls do shift us, to which they did later on after half an hour may be.

2nd we ordered ravioli and flatbread for which we asked for some seasonings and olive oil. to my disappointment they came back after 20 minutes when we were done eating everything as thefoodwas becoming cold.

next up they neither greeted us nor any complimentary cakes came in, we just paid and left.

food - it was nice to have ravioli after a long time. i liked the concept of flatbread as well though its a form of pizza only. it was pesto sauce flavoured to which i found it to be not upto mark but the base was nice so we liked it.

overall you disappoint me since it was a special day for me and you dint make an impact there, rather added to the spoiler.

team westin- you had impressed me last time with your offerings at the seasonal taste but to my dismay you have disappointed me this time.

went there with family. the view from the 32nd floor was amazing. the menu was exactly as displayed on zomato. we ordered paratdar paneer, hara bhara kebab, bbq chicken wings, mediterranean pizza, chicken tikka pizza, 3 mocktails, all 3 dessets on the menu. i wish they were more generous with the portions. taste wise, thefoodwas excellent. above all, the warm and courteous service of dipak was appreciable. the ambience is suitable 4 couples as also family. we had made prior reservation as ours was a group of 8. the prices, though on par with other star properties, were steep compared to portion size. just one suggestion- the steps leading to 32nd floor need to be painted with reflectors. with black shiny surface, it was quite difficult to navigate for elderly people.

last night we went there specially to enjoy rooftop.after giving the details at the reception we came to know that some business party is going on nd they hv booked the rooftop. which was unexpected as it was not updated anywhere even in zoomato app about the party. we felt bad as the main attraction of this place is the rooftop view although there is no view.atleast on saturday night i didn't get any view from the rooftop . also open area space was not that big.the price of thefoodis too high as per the decoration nd the other facilities .overall i ll highly recommended to others not to visit this place ..u ll find better places with better quality ,quantity nd price ..

this is a perfect rooftop elegent and classy sky lounge . view of city from 32 floor is awesome. interior was classy
ambience was great .foodwas great. courteous and friendly staffs.
overall a worthwhile place to spend a evening.

we ordered 3 dishes. all three were lip smacking. however i wish the service was a bit faster then it was but the quality of thefoodwas outstanding, staff was friendly too. sanitization was top notch and the view was to die for. would strongly recommend.
