went over a sunday noon for lunch and opted for à la carte, though theirbuffetspread was inviting. their soups were ok, not outstanding. . for starters, a must try is the kodi vepudu and also masala fish fry, it was mouth watering and my family loved it. however, the biriyani was too oily and a bit disappointing especially after a tasty starter. the dessert took more than 20 mins to arrive but it was worth the wait. . the brownie was amazing. it was an up and down experience that day but it is some place worth giving another try

three star hotel in coimbatore. ambience is good. food is tasty and lot of varieties. hadbuffetwith family and everyone enjoyed. good discount with zomato gold.

typical 4 star hotel restaurant ! cheerful decor and good service make eating here a pleasure. i found the complimentary breakfastbuffetwas pretty good while i did not try the dinner buffet.   what i liked was they did not overdo the number of items leaving the guest a bit confused !  the a la carte menu features south and north indian  as well as continental and oriental.

it’s on the ground floor of the gokulam park hotel. lovely decor, starting from the water bottles to the walls.

massive spread. i am talking about the dinner.

food:
couldn’t find anything which wasn’t good. everything they had on thebuffetspread was great to taste.

service/staff:
every single staff was friendly. went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. no complaints at all.

price:
a little highly priced. rs. 999/- per person. rs. 750/- would have been apt.

ambience is good, loved the soft music. service is so so.buffetwas average but loved their paneer dishes (especially considering that i'm a non vegetarian). also liked their dessert spread.

quite a decent restaurant around chinniampalayam. i went for abuffetdinner. the spread was decent but nothing exotic.
if you're planning for a drive with friends and family, you could opt for this place as it is situated in a highway.
and for those who are staying at this hotel, this restaurant is an wonderful option as you will have to drive around 4 to 5 kilometres to find an another!
the space is good and the ambience is pleasant. i would suggest this place for corporate dinners as driving here from airport is quite easy and you can avoid the city traffic as well. the space can give you a hassle free full team lunch and dinners.
paneer lovers! this restaurant makes one of the best paneer in the city! don't miss it!

over all, a decent restaurant to drop by on a drive; but not one that you keep planning with friends and family for a weekend!

we stayed at the gokulam park for two days recently. we tried their breakfastbuffetfor two days and various ala carte dishes for dinner and lunch. from my experience of their dishes, i am of the opinion that they are excellent as far as their south indian dishes are concerned. i loved their sambar, chutney, idly, dosai, upma, pongal, vadai, sambar rice, curd rice etc. it is in their continental dishes that they lack finesse. their tawa fried fish was not fully cooked with raw batter making it bad. other than this one glitch, overall we were satisfied with their food and service. while i was taking photographs for zomato, one of the server got paranoid and came to me asking is there anything wrong with the food served. then i had to explain to him that i write reviews in zomato and the photos were taken for that purpose.

we had gone to the clarion expecting a sumptuousbuffetdinner for christmas. the ambience was done up well for the season.
although this is a restaurant and i should be talking about the food. i should take a moment to make a special mention about the service. its excellent. the waiters and attendants are very gentle, attentive and patient. one of the guests with me had some specific dietary needs which couldn't be sorted out in the buffet, and we were surprised when the chefs dished out exactly what we wanted, in such a short time. the waiters are well trained, speak good english and are keen to help us.
food is average, and the desserts were kinda boring for a christmas dinner. of the main course, i found the rotis bit hard to chew. the turkey roast was an innovative addition, but it needed some more fine cooking. specifically, their north indian dishes were okayish, but chinese and salads need little improvement.
the seats are arranged such that you won't bump into others too much, and that's a plus point.
i wouldn't mind choosing 24x7 for my nextbuffettoo. if not for the average food, at least for the excellent service.

cheap and bestbuffetin the city! softer on your pockets and yet you get a lot of variety of dishes. best casual dining experience! nicely set up and good ambiance, though not the best. isolated location of the restaurant brings a good feeling. a blend of cuisines in thebuffetmakes the locals and the foreigners equally satisfied!

perfectbuffetoption which includes lots and lots of menus both in veg and non-veg.buffetbrunch costs rs.650/ per head plus taxes. i loved the chicken nuggets and the fish starters there. finally ending the brunch with the yummy desert puddings and ice creams is heaven .
