one fine sunny day with a pleasant breeze, i visited an italian restaurant “burrata dimora by zonatello”, where i tried salads, pasta and pizzas. theirauthentictaste and aroma transported me to someplace in italy where i relished many street foods with burrata cheeses. we had alife and margherita pizzas. in alife they have alfredo, spinach fresh mozzarella and parmesan. in margherita, they put san marzano fresh mozzarella, parmesan with extra virgin olive oil with fresh basil and burrata.
both the pizzas were super tasty and healthy because they used 00 flour which is made from durum wheat, which has fewer gluten that's why it’s not chewy but crisp.
panzanella salad was so juicy and fresh. it has the amalgamation of parmigiano reggiano, tomatoes, garlic, onion, fresh basil, burrata, soaked bread cubes.
in the end, we had a mouthwatering cheesecake which was so fresh and tasty.
undoubtedly burrata dimora recreates the aura of italy by theirauthenticand traditional italian dishes. folk who wants to devour someauthentictaste of italian savouries must visit this awesome place.

with an exclusive experience of neopolitan pizzas, here comes burrata dimora. this was my first-hand experience onauthenticburrata, but i really loved it.

i call myself a cheese lover but i was away from such a charming version of cheese before. but now, as burrata dimora is serving in indore, i try this amazing cheese in thier salads, pastas and paninis.

the menu is limited but purely authentic. my recommendation is to join this league without and preset of mind and enjoy theauthenticmeal. you will surely love the concept of burrata then.

it's an amazing amazing place for all italian food lovers ❤️ i tried this place recently and here is my review for it

food : they serve you such fine quality of pasta, panini & salads🥗. the whole menu is on the concept of burrata where they serve you everything with a toss of burrata cheese which makes the dish so much more yummier.
though their menu is limited it is perfect for theauthenticitalian food lovers. i loved how fine quality ingredients they are using. it can be felt in their taste.

❤️pesto pasta

ambience : they have a nice breezy seating outdoors. i really liked how the place is covered with greenery. they also serve you in the car itself so it's a nice drive in too.

price : as per the food they are serving, the prices are justified.

service : they have very polite and hygienic service.

overall it is a must visit place if you want to tryauthenticitalian food with burrata

delicious pizzas. we went a bit early to beat the line. it moves quickly since they definitely crank out the pizza. don't worry, they can basically give you a pizza in 5-7 minutes after you order because there are only 7 options, and probably 80% of people are getting the margherita or al pesto, so they never stop making them. it was about as delicious as any margarita pizza you can get. worth a visit if you likeauthenticneapolitan pizzas.

this is the best pizza in town! really feels like anauthenticpizzeria experience. all the toppings taste great and fresh especially the pepperonata. the 2 deserts (tiramisu & cheesecake😍) are must-haves as well. highly recommended!!

this is my favourite pizza place in indore. in my opinion it's nowhere asauthenticas here. there is just 8 types of pizza on the menu but they are to die for and don't expect much besides the pizza. there is no pasta, no appetizer and only two-two options of dessert, beverage & lasagna. it's all about the pizza!

with a cup of coffee in hand, the pestoauthenticwood-fire pizza we ate was absolutely delicious and mouth watering, the onlyauthenticwood fire place we could find in indore. the baby tomatoes very fresh, pesto of the highest quality and cheese with a tone of subtlety perfectly suited to a pizza, this pizza combined different flavours and executed it to perfection. amazing experience, we are going to be visiting again and would definitely recommend the place.

omg what a place to haveauthenticneapolitan pizza's. each and every pizza here is my favorite. i'm personally in love with the quattro formaggi and fun guy pizza. the pizza's are mouth watering and so delicious. the service is also very fast. i can't wait to go again to this place and have the pizza's. do try the cheese cake too. never had such delicious cheese cake before in indore.

we went to zonatello on a balmy evening. soft music was playing and they had plenty of tables available for us to choose from.

their menu is elaborate and cost-effective (inr 560/- for our order). we went ahead and ordered an alfie pizza (type 00 flour, alfredo, spinach, asparagus/rocket, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese) and a vegetable lasagne (san marzano sauce, alfredo, exotic vegetables, cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella garnished with parsley). they useauthenticingredients of italian origin. their traditional wood-fired oven bakes them at a high temperature within no time.

their pizzas, their heritage, and their staff don’t settle for anything less than the best savoury pizzas.

the service was quick and the staff was friendly. our overall experience was good.

i can't wait to try another napoletana pizza!

it was a great pizza eating experience and funguy pizza + pesto pizza + vegan pizza "yes you can have vegan pizza too" these all were soo great in taste.

authentic pizzas that are not heavy on tummy!

you generally have observed in regular pizzas, that you feel full and heavy in 2-3 slices, but here the scene is different... you won't feel heavy even after having one full pizza.

let me introduce the concept of zonatello, i don't say it is a thick or thin crust, i can say it is a fine crust pizza of a decent size.
these are neopolitan pizzas, served and prepared with extreme authenticity. properly wood fired in a dome, these pizzas are made out a special double 00 flour, which is light and crisp.

ambiance- decent open-air sitting to enjoy freshly baked, hot served pizzas. open-kitchen concept lets you trust more on the process. overall, good vibes.

service- decent and quick. you have to order at the counter and your pizza will be at your table in next 15-20 minutes.

recommendations-

pizza al pesto- extremely amazing use of pesto with a combination ofauthenticmozzarella and extra virgin olive oil. the essence of olive oil comes above all. it is tasty, healthy and has a repeatitive value.

utter butter nutter- this is unique vegan pizza, i would surely recommend. some offbeat toppings like walnuts, asparagus make this different from others. this is a without cheese, vegan pizza.

besides these, try baked lasagna and cheesecake as well.

overall, i am delighted and visit again for sure.

if you are looking forauthenticpizzas this is a place you shouldn't miss.
its a pure vegetarian place with a sweet and simple menu with classic choices of pizzas. still you won't find any generic taste in the preparations that you would have tasted before, here in indore.

long queue but goes pretty fast and definitely worth the wait. in my opinion, this is the mostauthenticneapolitan pizza, really airy dough, crispy bits, extremely juicy.

if a restaurant's menu is shorter than a business card, you know that they take it very serious.
