the worse and most pathetic lebanese food we received today. i dont know how its possible for reviewers to give this a 4.0 rating when its not even 2.0 worth. not the money worth neither the calories.

we ordered the following:
fattoush salad, very soggy and not fresh.
arayes grill, dont know how they can call this arayes, doesn’t look or taste like arayes, it taste like a burned piece of old bread. very little meat, absolutely no flavours, you cannot taste its arayes.
the fries we received was old and oily.
the bread received had piece of hair inside the bread.
the dips was okay.

i canrecommendanyone to much better and fresh lebanese food with much less price.

i believe food should be fresh and the money worth, to rely on these ratings is very deceptive because the quality does not match up.

we should be honest regarding ratings for the restaurant to improve and also for other food lovers to know what they are buying.

absolutely great food. freshly baked bread with fresh zatar and awsome olives. delicious, soft lamb cubes. mouhalabya tastes excellent, not too sweet - just perfect. i can onlyrecommendthis place.

i have visited this restaurant about 4 times with my family, and they never disappointed me. ambiance is so stylish and furniture is classy (in and outdoor). we ordered (fattoush, taboula and hummous, by far the best over the whole area) together with (oriental lamb and oven baked chicken breasts). it melted in mouths, made us drooling. so yummy. lentil soup is almost perfect as well.stronglyrecommendthis restaurant for everyone.ok, i'll be there this evening.

the food was "eye popping with a nod and a hmm" good .... the service was "eye squinting and long exhale" bad... i hope they can remember to bring all the food next time i go there... the rating above is for the food alone. i dorecommendthis place good ambient and better food... hopefully the service will catch up

zaytinya is yet another great place to have some honest lebanese food here in al ain! the appetizers are delicious, and i cannotrecommendthe fattoush enough - it is absolutely heavenly. main courses are fine, service is nice. 

the restaurant has a very nice ambiance, and the decorations and designs are really modern and beautiful.
