amazing food quality. amazing customer service. this are the two most important criteria we usually look in to a restaurant and they are extremely good in both of dis. do not think twice before ordering food from here. very few restaurants can manage to maintain derqualitywid such reasonable price. zaffran is one of dem. very happy with their service.

the biriyani is sticky and is smelling bad .
the amount of rice give is unacceptable . taking so much money for thisqualityis disgrace . i ordered a extra chicken piece so they stuffed it in the same box with biriyani and the potato itself is taking all the place in the box it is so big . i did not order potato i order biriyani . i should have got that .

there is very short quantity that you serve...one plate chili chicken is not this type ofqualitywe have deserve

as requested i got with bone chicken pakoda and finally my search for chicken pakoda in kharagpur ends here. mixed hakka noodles was great as always. quantityqualityand price everything is good.

1. customer handling is really good. i am impressed with the way dey deal wid der customers.
2. packaging is excellent.
3. taste is amazing. my taste buds didnt allowed me to click pictures 😅 next tym i vl add pictures as well.

i have recently shifted from bhubaneswar to kharagpur and hv got impressed wid few restaurants and dis restaurant is one of dem. quite impressed wid the customer handling and thequalityof the food u guys deliver. i can blindly compare ur foodqualitywid my fav restaurant's foodqualityin bhubaneswar. 5+ stars
