good place.. the dishes are cheap, tasty and amply portioned, making it an ideal spot to grab lunch. my only complaint is that they got a bit nickle-and-dimey when i asked for a drink to go, saying it would cost an extra 25 cents. stupid policy. but, it did not ruin my dining experience. it's the best greek i've had in the columbus area thusfar.

greek lover. u talk about this being the best greek restaurant in columbus. wrong i had the greek plate the meat was dry pita cooked long n it is not a bed of lettuce it was a baby handful, don,t waste ur money. the combo comes with cooked too long fries n soup or salad get the salad cause ur r going to need it. the soup is thick n bland not the best chicken lemon soup. the same day i had to go to king gyros on hamilton road for real greek food n the best chicken lemon soup. their prices r reasonable too.

awesome gyros. best gyros in town at any price. i usually get my food carryout, but i have eaten in a few times also. service is always very good.

great greek goodness!. yanni's is a favorite hidden gem of mine. love the lemon chicken soup, gyros, and the souvlaki. oh the fries are always delish too..

awesome food and service. yannis has probably one of the best gyros i have ever had. the serving size for the money is amazing, i can barely finish a small gyro and fries. the lemon soup is great and so are all the appetizers especially the smelts. tom and all the service staff are always on the ball and extremely nice. great restaurant that i will always highly recommend!

i wouldn't look too hard at the negative reviews. it is simply amazing!!! a complete dinner for 2 will cost no more than $15-20 with appetizer, so it's not going to cost much to discover the best around. amazing!!!!

great food. we really enjoyed our first meal here thanks to the recommendation of an authentic greek friend with the guidance of maria. she did a great job of explaining all the entrees and the appetizers and she was right on. the baklava cheesecake is to die for, excellent and would go back just for the dessert any time i'm in the area.

my son and i were traveling and saw the good reviews for yannis, so we decided to stop and have lunch. the restaurant is located in a strip mall. we arrived at the small restaurant about 1pm on friday. we were seated immediately. our server got our drink order put in an order for fried calamari ($7.95). the calamari came quickly and were perfectly crispy and delicious. we both ordered the large gyros sandwich ($5.50) we also each got a side of fries as well. everything was very good! our server was funny and accommodating. my only complaint is i believe we may have been overcharged... our bill was $36 which seems high for the fries and drinks. we did not question the bill while we were there, so i am not sure. on a separate check as we were paying we got some pastries to take with us. we purchased a large baklava, a chocolate baklava and two almond cookies. i can't wait to try them later on.

what more can u expect from a delivery? amazing menu and super sumptuous food with prompt delivery. they serve really good food at an affordable prices. their greek salads, and desserts are very good.

my family and i have been coming to yannis for 20+years. we love the food, and the tom is fantastic server. i recommend it and the greek sub to anyone who stops by. also if they happen to have tiramisu in the dessert case it is a must.

been coming to yannis for over 20 years never had a bad meal and great value.
hope to see them for 20 more. were moving to virginia and will miss this.

my husband and i love yanni's. the chicken gyro is fantastic. we also like to get a large backlava and split it. it's so tasty and perfect.

great greek food in a cozy greasy spoon type environment. delicious gyros, hummus, greek salads, and desserts. beware-the lunch rush can create a wait, but it's worth it! i

new customer disregard. i walk in with two of my friends. first timers. we finally get seated. then ignored for approximately 5 minutes before the waiter decides to take our drink order. i immediately start to give my food order. he then interrupts me and says "hold on. i have to get their check & (mumbled something else)." i then replied "no you can take the order now, we already know what we want." he insist that he has to get their check & no he won't take the food order, he will be right back. it took us about 3 more minutes before deciding to leave due to disrespect. in 26 years of me dining, i have never heard someone do or say such a thing.

best gyro in town. i've tried all the gyro shops in columbus. in my opinion, they have the best gyro in town!
