this is my thirdorder.. the firstorderwas too good .. that i had to give secondorder..

it was delicious.. actually had no words to describe how well it tested..

bt this thirdorderwasn't good... unlike first and second order. i won't give 5 stars ratings.. coz it's was the same at all. same pack different taste, different preparations..

the quality of the momos were horrible. i ordered this darjeeling steam momos and all i got was a plate of stale momos. highly disappointing.!!!!!! the next time iordera plate of momos, ill make sure its definitely not from wow momos.


hoped for quality food from wow momos.

first of all it showed me 28 mins to deliver then the restaurant took more 24mins to prepare myorderand when it reached me it was cold... not even warm. i was checking the moment the valet got theorderhe reached to me within 5 mins max.....its common sense that hot food packed takes more time to get cold. it cant get cold in 5 mins. horrible service by the restaurant. i liked the service and the food, that's the reason i called for the burger. but thank you for proving me wrong. please try to have good service now onwards. it really upsetting. the food was upsetting rather than enjoyable.

bakwaas burger delivered. ordered cheese burger with no cheese in it. the otherorderof a normal burger was also less in portion size. the items delivered were also cold.

order at 6:55pm but till 8:30pm i haven't received the order. on reaching out to zomato valet he conveyed that he too has been waiting near the restaurant where as the restaurant did not respond to my multiple calls, at last cancelled theordervia zomato chat support.
i would like to raise this that i have been facing issues with particularly this store and has the worst customer service. the store should atleast convey the customer if there is a delay or in case they are not able to provide service they should not show themself active in zomato.

delivery made in this bag! pepsi bottles soaked and tore the bag.orderwas to be given to someone. was it possible? if this happens agan, i shall refuse delivery.
