less is more
the italian cuisine has prided itself on being very frugal in terms of ingredients but rich in terms of taste. wisteria deck keeps that spirit alive by having a menu that is short on items but long on flavor.
we had two wood-fire oven pizzas and two cafe latte's and all the items were well-presented and packed a lot of flavor. i particularly liked their margheritapizzabecause in my opinion, if you can get the basics (bread, tomato-sauce, cheese, cooking-time) right, then everything else necessarily falls into place.
aside from the food, the mountain-side vistas are excellent. great place for taking selfies and otherwise landscape shots and extra care is taken with the provision of heaters so as to keep customers as warm as the food. the staff members were attentive and helpful and they always seemed to materialize at your elbow just as you're about to look for them.
i look forward to coming here again to enjoy their very italian hospitality with a very italian appetite.
