laotian-thai fusion?. i've eaten at plenty of thai restaurants to know what pleases me and what doesn't. but what is peculiar about wild tiger is that its servers don't know what their best laotian dishes are or are unwilling to give an opinion about such a thing. i'm pretty sure it's a popular question that patrons ask. laotian cuisine isn't just determined by theingredientsused, but also by preparation method. i've eaten here twice and i don't get the impression that laotian food (other than common ingredients) influences the cooking style here. it serves up pretty decent asian food and has prompt service. if you are hosting out-of-towner asians who are very well traveled, better take them elsewhere.
