must try the coconut cream layer cake!. the entrées at wild sage are always delicious, however, my favorite item on the menu is the coconut cream layer cake. everyone must try this delectable desert!

wonderful meal, excellent service. i visited spokane from seattle and ended up at wild sage for a client dinner. our server knew exactly how to get the client dinner off to a good start with cocktails and the perfect appetizer spread. everyone at the table had an excellent meal and my breast of duckling was to die for. i would absolutely recommend wild sage for any occasion!

we met friends here during our trip for the bloomsday run. we couldn't have been more surprised by the eclectic flavors and charming service. wish it was located in seattle :(

love the wild sage!. i travel to spokane quite a bit and never miss visiting wild sage bistro. my favorite cocktail, the quince cucumber martini is absolutely delicious! the calamari appetizer is amazing. last time i was in we had 4 fabulous entrees (each different) and we finished with the gluten free coconut cake with the passion fruit sauce. the wine list is excellent and priced perfect. it's all so fresh, seasonal and memorable. gluten free options made one of our diners feel comfortable and welcome. can't wait to return.

tell your friends visiting the area to go to this restaurant. it's a must in spokane!

called the restaurant, and they said we didn't need a reservation for saturday night around 9:30, the kitchen is open till 10pm showed up and were turned away at 9:25! this wouldn't be so bad if we hadn't just called and were told that we could eat as long as it was before ten. this was a big let down, as the sage used to be our favorite restaurant in spokane. the last 2 times we visited the sage we have experienced a decline in service and quality. yet we keep coming back. well 3 strikes and your out! getting told the kitchen was closed at 9:25 on a saturday night was the last straw! hope they find their focus, as there is a lack of communication goin on somewhere. bummer

reverse happy hour? can't go wrong.... i've been to wild sage a few times for their late night happy hour and have no complaints. the food is spot on and reasonably priced for the quality. drinks were average priced but the quality was top notch - would highly recommend checking it out.

interesting. so this place had some of the best drinks my friend and i have ever enjoyed...very fresh tasting and natural. we were talking about them for days! the crowd is a bit yuppy and seems like they all must own yachts or something similar, but we sat at the bar and enjoyed an appetizer and a couple of drinks and enjoyed ourselves! go in there with the intention of spending a fair amount of money, but if you don't go too crazy your bill won't be too crazy either!

celebration location!. whenever we are picking a location to celebrate, wild sage comes to the top of the list. i love to start with the spicy lemonade, made fresh and features a slice of jalapeno in the bottom, muddled just a bit to give you a sweet, spicy drink.
so far, i have not had a bad meal. the popovers served are fresh- (even the gluten-free are great!), salads are always crisp, and the main dishes have been flavorful and hot. i am an adventurer at heart and have had beef, pork, seafood and lamb. each time wonderful! the gluten-free coconut cake with passion fruit is wonderful. it is nice to have the personal touches of the owners showing over and over in food selection and evening ambiance.

recent visit...most satisfied.. must go in to try their carrot curry soup. i have yet to taste something so delicious and interesting in flavor, but this one was perfect. i loved it! will be experimenting at home to see if i can come up with the same concept.

customer service and food always great.. something unique about this place is their popovers. i am not sure if there is another place in spokane that makes them. they used to be much more large. the size has decreased.
if you like dirty martinis, this place makes a great one, though they stuff them with blue cheese and bacon, bonus! it's not on the menu anymore but i'm sure you can ask they will make it.
they are open late and always happy to have you there.

i really enjoy this place.. they have this great martini, blue fly with olives stuffed with bacon and blue cheese, i think. two of these and i am content. their little taquitos with yukon gold potatoes are really good. they remind me of mexican flautas. .

sadly disappointing. took friends as a thank you and left horrified at the service. the waitress walked away halfway through our order and we had to ask the host to have someone take our order. were told they were out of a menu item with no apology then waited over an hour for lackluster food and tiny portions. waited over 20 minutes just to get beverages refilled. horrible for the prices. you will find better service and more filling foods at a fast food restaurant.
