wasatch was a great pub at one time.wasatchhas great beers but since their fire a couple of years ago the pub has gone down hill. they completely changed the menu and the selection of food has also gone down hill. as a local living in park city,wasatchuse to be the place where i would take out of town visitors. not anymore. the service has also been horrible. recently i ate there during the kimball arts festival. the server brought the food, and it was wrong. he never came back to check on us and since we were hungry and it as over 30 minutes before he checked on us after serving us we ate the dish.
this was the same result for mothers day. what an embarsement, to take my mother in law to. if you want a beer and good food go to squatters or red rock not wasatch.
