warehouse cafe

i made a booking at warehouse with a bunch of friends. we were seated on the second floor close to the smoking area as per requested but there was only one person servicing 4 tables there. not only was he kind of rude to us, but he was downright misogynistic and annoying. we were a group of 4 girls and 2 guys, and he refused to listen to anyone but the biggest guy in the group. he would always go to him and ask for orders and confirmations, even though we were the ones ordering things. he also argued with us about the discount we were trying to avail on alcohol and kept trying to convince us to not use our coupon and order 6 shots together instead. we eventually were like just get us what we want however you want to go about it. in the end, he only gave us a discount on food, even though we had a coupon for 20% off our entire bill.

the food was pretty good and we absolutely loved the b-52 shots, but the shoddy service made our overall experience pretty bad! i would recommend the restaurant not be so understaffed at busy hours and train their staff better!

the ambience was not that good. it's an average cafe. they charged around 35% tax. i went during happy hours in which i got 4 beers + 2 starters for 799/- exc. taxes.

we ordered pan fried noodles, pizza, pasta and drinks. food was not up to the mark. it's bit on higher side. for this much of food it costed us around 4 k without any alcohol.

the staff is very rude and impolite. don't respect their customers and show off like they're are paying for your order.

the tables that they offer for two were really small can not even hold 2 dishes at time! ,the music was really loud and disrupts the communication! whereas the peri peri pizza was the worst pizza i ever had in my life! one should visit this cafe only if they want to ruin their date🙃

if you are a stag man, you're not allowed inside. but, this does not apply for a woman. i condemn such kind of mentalility.

visited on sunday afternoon, the food was not good at all, special pizza was tasteless, red sauce pasta was absolutely pathetic seemed like pasta was tossed in half cooked tomato puree with not a pinch of cheese in it. we ordered two dishes pasta arrived 1.5 hrs after, the service was so bad they had no idea about what all we had ordered. the strawberry ginger smoothie had no hint of ginger taste in it. absolutely disappointing experience.
