if ever you are craving for authentic chinese dishes in the heart of cebu city, then this is the place for you. although i have never visited there since 2009, i can still imagine thecitylights while savoring their noodles & dimsum.😁 you can never go wrong in this place because it is on top of the crown regency hotel.
