virgin courtyard

was very close to giving this place a 5 stars. a very delightful white courtyard more representative of a greek courtyard than the italian cuisine, but all in all a very pleasant environment. we ordered the arancini balls which were beautiful and light accompanied by some tasty relishes. followed by a chicken and mushroom fettuccine and a sundried tomato wood fire pizza which we had asked to come to the table separately. the fettuccine was magnificent. perfectly al dente pasta with mushrooms and garlic and a hint of chilli to give it dimension. unfortunately the pizza was served luke warm and was nice but had lost any punch from being straight from the oven. this is as a result of great chefs being let down by front of housestaffand leadership. no one even checked whether we had water accept when courses were served. such a pity and hope they take this constructively. but still 4 stars. all the best.

always a decent place to walk in.. pretty good french interiors.. one of the finest places to dine in.staffis also humble and polite. spaghetti and pizza was made with perfection. candlelit tables adds to up to the ambiance.. joyful experience!!

don't waste your time and money by visiting this place. pizza and pasta were horrible.

at the time of reservation, the option for in door or outdoor dining wasn't provided. once we came for dining, thestaffblatantly refused to provide a table in open sitting. unwelcoming & uncourteous!

i have been visiting this place with my friends and family it has good food but when yesterday night i was here for dinner, thestaffserved me a non- vegetarian pizza and it was only after we ate it we realised it was not vegetarian. i am a pure vegetarian person and it was really sad to see that no body even made sure that they apologise properly. no body took the responsibility and this act of irresponsibility was taken so insignificantly that i am surprised. did not expect this, sad to say.

i’ve been here couple of times,staffis courteous and the food is amazing..specially italian.. i love outdoor seating..great ambience, i would suggest you to get a reservation done specially on weekends because it’s crowded.

my experience was a terrible one. i thought virgin courtyard to be one of the best restaurants of chandigarh but what i saw and experienced myself was not called for.to begin with thestaffof the restaurant is very unprofessional and unwelcoming.the restaurant is full of chaos.the seating is very less and there is a sense of claustrophobia both indoors as well as outdoors.the food is very average and overly priced and the menu is limited.also thestaffof the restaurant raised some objections when i wanted to click some photographs which really pissed me off.i really won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone until they improve themselves both in ambience as well asstaffcourtesy.

i've been to this place alot of times and every time it has been a very delightful experience because the place is calm and perfect for a cute little date esp. a romantic candle lit dinner 🌺
beautiful and subtle interiors add such a beautiful vibe. the place has both indoor and outdoor seating which is great because it gives one the ease of choosing a comfortable corner❣️
prices are slightly steep but the courteousstaffmakes up for it.tried their spaghetti, ravioli and the best was their classic creme brulee ❣️

the service was pathetic with judgmental staff. i went at this place on 1st jan for dinner with my wife thinking that we will hv good tym as we read really good reviews for this place but attitude of thestaffhas really spoiled our evening.

virgin courtyard is a lovely restaurant that serves authentic italian food. i went there at night and the candle lit tables make a date or family outing seem private and special. the ambience is lovely and thestaffare friendly.

this is the most beautiful place to eat in chandigarh. i absolutely loved the ambience and the furniture. thestaffis courteous and the service is prompt. i had a really great time here. ice tea was good in taste. pasta and pizza were amazing too. they offered us a complimentary dish too which was nice and very different. i love the vibe of this place. though this place is little expensive as compared to others in the neighbourhood.

whilst i like the ambiance, the choice of menu was great, but the service was mediocre at best. thestaffis un attentive . if you are okay with not being served promptly, this nay be the place for you
