one of the worst experiences. faced this the last time also, but didn’t post a review. but this time they have done too much.
the servers and the person taking theorderseem to be high half the time and in their own world. they have written down the wrong orders and then place the blame on the customer for it. they don’t even bother giving a menu card or anything after seating the customers.
after taking theorder,they are asking us to move to another table saying that this table we are sitting on is reserved. but there were no reservation board and if it was reserved in the first place, why were we even given the table ?
the only reason i came back here after my bad experience the first time is that the food tastes good. but the horrible ambience and service takes the mood right out of the meal.
never coming back here

a bit expensive . fine. but maintain timing tp deliver the acceptedorderto the delivery platform swiggy or zomato. be reasonable for home delivery. in the restuarant people drinking and eating your food might not feel the difference. but household will definetely make the difference out. try to improve

village is not able to manage the business it is getting, one of the worst experience we ever had.

it started with reservation, the table was not reserved even though i had called and reserve, the manager who received did not give any option and made us sit in some corner.

pork was stale and uncooked which we returned, mutton pepper fry was half cooked, parotta was half cooked,

never everorderany cocktails, i don't think they add even 20ml alcohol in it, we ordered martini which was like iced water.

service was slow and not very responsive.

uber slow service. takes a million years for your drink to arrive. foods light years away. probably going to spend my entire life year waiting for lunch. most probably dinner will be at 12am and dessert will be midnight snack at 3.
waiters forget yourorderlike mathematics formulae and asking for extra chutney is a crime. you have ample parking space here but no level of patience for the servers andordertakers.
each place has its sheen and shine. this place has definitely lost it and will take time to regain it slowly. just the way and speed at which their dishes are doled out of their food prep area to your table.
god save the diners.!!

i am a regular customer of ur restaurant and iorderthis soup all the time ....
i can definitely say .. this s half the quantity 😑

we have waited for more then half an hour and we still didn't getordereven after telling he staff repeatedly about the order. very slow service.

i had chicken biryani many times. but over the weekend the quality of the biryani was average. it wasn't worth the price. i wouldn'torderanything from here on the weekends.

we have ordered butter chicken, veg kohlapuri and 6 naan, we are very upset with your restaurant. this is not the way you treat your customers. we have checked in the spot and called both vallet and the restaurant. the vallet informed to call the restaurant and enquiry. we called many times to the village restaurant and they did not pick the call.. this is so frustrating that no one here to help the customers. and again called the number in the food box..after receiving the man who picked the call said that theorderis in the restaurant and the vallet forgot to take it and did not bother to help. we peopleorderto eat not to call and enquire like this. the restaurant should take care of this. the man did not agree for the refund of the food. and giving excuses to us. this is really frustrating.. y can't they understand.. we ordered the food one hour back and kept starving for the food.. and only two gravy is arrived.. do you understand any sense... how can we eat only the gravy.. what can we do when no one is ready to help. this restaurant is very bad for the customer service. really will notorderfrom this restaurant any more. hope this wont repeat for other customers.

chicken tikka was salty, lolipop was fried more. taste is not at all good.
will notorderanything from this restaurant in future.
even packing was not good.
all the food wad spilt.
