appears like the food was not prepared properly. also surprised at the plastic packaging. this restaurant typically uses sustainable packaging.

visited here for lunch on a sunday. it kept getting crowded post 1pm but that never was a problem as the place is huge! the ambience is pretty with plants, a boat, waterfall and so much more. kids can also have a good time as they have a small play area to enjoy.

coming to the food, they have multi cuisine here. everything we ordered, right from the spicy thai salad to sizzlers as well as the plain ghee rice with dal tadka, everything was delicious.so were the mocktails and juices. the best thing was that it wasn't too expensive either.

madhuvans village is a place to bring along family and friends - a great time will surely be assured!

one of the worst experiences. faced this the last time also, but didn’t post a review. but this time they have done too much.
the servers and the person taking the order seem to be high half the time and in their own world. they have written down the wrong orders and then place the blame on the customer for it. they don’t even bother giving a menu card or anything after seating the customers.
after taking the order ,they are asking us to move to another table saying that this table we are sitting on is reserved. but there were no reservation board and if it was reserved in the first place, why were we even given the table ?
the only reason i came back here after my bad experience the first time is that the food tastes good. but the horrible ambience and service takes the mood right out of the meal.

its costlier and not that good in taste

chicken quality was worst

i was very disappointed with what i got. not 1% worth the price that i paid. biryani was so bland and the chicken was not even good. we had to throw out 3/4th of the meal. ordered chicken uruval as well, but it was so bad. it felt like it was cooked with a week old chicken. extremely disappointed with this place!

a bit expensive . fine. but maintain timing tp deliver the accepted order to the delivery platform swiggy or zomato. be reasonable for home delivery. in the restuarant people drinking and eating your food might not feel the difference. but household will definetely make the difference out. try to improve

delivery was on time

village is not able to manage the business it is getting, one of the worst experience we ever had.

it started with reservation, the table was not reserved even though i had called and reserve, the manager who received did not give any option and made us sit in some corner.

pork was stale and uncooked which we returned, mutton pepper fry was half cooked, parotta was half cooked,

never ever order any cocktails, i don't think they add even 20ml alcohol in it, we ordered martini which was like iced water.

service was slow and not very responsive.

uber slow service. takes a million years for your drink to arrive. foods light years away. probably going to spend my entire life year waiting for lunch. most probably dinner will be at 12am and dessert will be midnight snack at 3.
waiters forget your order like mathematics formulae and asking for extra chutney is a crime. you have ample parking space here but no level of patience for the servers and order takers.
each place has its sheen and shine. this place has definitely lost it and will take time to regain it slowly. just the way and speed at which their dishes are doled out of their food prep area to your table.
