very rather extremely disappointed with via delhi a fabulous restaurant always sending great food dont know what happened except probablyorderedbeyond 9 pm chefs are too tired to give good food after all they too are human

weorderedfrom via deli- usually its just an order of the steamed or tandoori momos, but today weorderedchinese along with the momos.

20 mins after eating the food we threw up! we felt sick as ever. and it was two of us who ate and we both felt sick immediately after. do not order. raised a concern with zomato, was pointless anyways.

will never order again! 🙏🏻

stale food🤮
kept in refrigerator for ages and not properly cooked.. don't order from the special items written on their cash counter board. all will be expired items😡
overpriced stale food.!!
i was surprised to see many comments on stale food and still they are continuing the same without bothering.
*ps, notorderedthru zomato.

their momos are the best. all the noodles jorderedserved more than 3 people. really good quality and service.

worst pindi chana….weorderedoftenly but most of the time it taste like it’s stale (basi food)…
1st it was happening in weekdays and now on weekends also ..whenever we call regarding to complaint they end up with saying sorry sir we will deliver another …
but i think it’s waste of time to get another delievery as they will take almost 50 mins mins to deliever…

this review is not for the restaurant but zomato. their riders are stealing food now. the restaurant confirmed the order was picked but it never reached me. zomato made me wait for 2 hours just to tell me my food can’t be delivered due to “technical issues”. i mean what non sense! anyone can track their order and i knew the rider went off route 35 kms away from my place to musaffah. i could haveorderedagain only if the zomato guys could be transparent and speak truth out front rather than make you wait! the riders name is zahoor. he could be from talabat also.

tonight iorderedmy dinner from via delhi. i was really disappointed ☹️ with their food which was not a good taste at all. i wasorderedchicken steam, chicken tandoori momo, methi paratha, roasted papad.
start with methi paratha which is really unacceptable that they said in menu methi paratha but i didn’t think they really knows about this. they give methi roti and methi was only some as toppings. this really disappointed.
momo was not good as it should be like which we are getting in other restaurant. it was taste like normal dumplings and pricing was really high vs the quality & quantity. you will not get the authentic taste of momo. the chutney/ sauce they provide that’s not fit with as well.
packaging was ok but not providing cutlery is not suitable.
overall i hope they will note above points and improve.

the chicken lababdar that weorderedwas not the same as it was at the restaurant... they used to add paneer/cheese. but this time i dint find the same taste. rest were good especially the momos..

extremely disappointed with via delhi. usually via delhi has good food, but for the past two orders the quality has deteriorated. today, iorderedveg manchurian and spring rolls, both of which disappointed me. the spring rolls were literally just 3-4 rolls cut in half, very poor quantity. the veg manchurian was stiff with no actual veggies but just flour and was also very bland. i had high expectations due to great taste from memory in the beginning. i insist the management to improve and level up to their old standards.

i think it was the tandoori chicken me and my wife puked all night and afraid to spoil my long weekend. dal makhani also had a raw taste. finallyorderedlime soda to settle the bloating stomach but it was very bad..

not only the taste, the quality of the dood was very low when compared to the price they were charging..

iorderedmacaroni which had plastic wrap bits , their food quality has gone down hill in last few months, moreover it’s hazardous to find non edible substance in your food. the management should look into it.

we were here after a long while since we moved from the city, and the food didn’t disappoint , we tried chicken tandoori and veg steamed momos which stood out perfect like always , for the drinks weorderedmango shake & jal jeera. later weorderedchicken and double egg rolls which filled out cravings for the long wait and matched our expectations . for our kid weorderedthe maggi and she loved it .
the only missing thing was , lack of pleasant ambience as there was not so comfortable smell at the place and missing sanitizer on the table.
