it is by far one of the best gelato place ever. the owners an husband and wife team are the nicest ones around!!!! they treat you like one of the family. my daughter loves their gelato. authenic italian gelato sold here. this place has become our weekly dessert place!!!! love it!!!!!!!

yum!. for a while, i was on the frozen yogurt kick (just like pretty much everyone else it seems). when my hubby and i went to italy, it got very warm and we decided to get some gelato. it was like rich, cold, creamy heaven in a bowl. too bad it's an entire ocean and half a continent away, right? wrong! the gelato at vanilgia e cioccolato was exactly like the gelato i had while sitting in front of the trevi fountain in rome--it is that authentic and delicious. the presentation of each flavor is beautiful. the baccio flavor is my favorite, and if you like nutella or chocolate hazelnut then i highly recommend it. the spumoni is unique and traditional, and nothing like the boxed kind you find with the same name in the grocery store. we will be back again to try a shake!

it's about time !. if you're tired of all the coldstone's in the pines area & are ready to try something new, you can come to this place to refresh your taste buds. the owner is born & raised italian so you know this gelato is the real deal. there are so many delicious flavors to choose from at especially affordable prices. i recommend the amaretto for everyone to try at least once.

best real italian gelato wondering people. they also speak italian. you should try their gelato, crepes and coffee. everything is amazing. love it.

the best ice cream around. the ice cream at vaniglia e cioccolatio is the best ice cream i ever tasted! the ice cream melts in your mouth, and you just want to have more and more. i go there often at least once a week and i really recommend it. the people who work there are very sociable and very nice to have a conversation with them. i think this is the best gelato store around! i recommended it for everyone! i've trued all the ice cream favors and they are delicious! there are also crepes, milkshakes, waffle bowls, slushys, coffee, and so much more! whenever you have the time, go check it out!!!

best gelato in south. i absolutely love the gelato at vaniglia & cioccolto in pembroke pines. it is authentic italian gelato made with quality ingredients. i think of myself as a gelato connisour, i have too many favorites so i have to use will-power or i would gain 30 lbs. del tekieli

lack of respect for customers. not a good experience returning an ice cream that tested bad , was given an attitude, not a sorry for the bad experience or an exchange... not the big ego from the individual that was taking care of me and my wife just want it to show that i have lots of money and here is the cash and walk away disrespecting us , as a client and a business owner you need to learn from the kids working there because you as the adult should be ashamed of your self as a business owner. customer are people just like you and you treat customer as you would like to be treated .

vaniglia e cioccolato is a  true italian gelateria operated by a italian lady who bares speaks any english but knows how to speak my language, gelato.

so good. soooo good...just as delicious as the gelato i've had in italy....

a little heaven on earth. first of all i never liked gelato, the two other times i had it were disgusting. but since visiting this gelateria oh!!! my!!! i can't get enough of it. the owner and is wife are very friendly and accommodating. you are not living if you not had gelato from this place. i love it so much i tell everybody.

i love this place! their gelato is amazing and the cappucuinos are super yummy. another thing i love are the owners are very friendly and it's a real authentic italian place, would recommend it to anyone :)

i am appalled by the terrible customer service that i received at this location. it is not the first time i have been to vaniglia and while they have amazing gelato, as a customer you have to put up with the lack of employees and the arrogant and rude attitude from the owner. unfortunately this time the owner/employee serving me took it to the next level of rudeness. i was making the order of my regular indulgence of nutella crepe and panacotta gelato, the man behind the counter responded by giving me the ugliest look like if i was stupid and he could not understand a word that was coming out of my mouth. i repeated my order and again he made the same face and again. after 3 times he finally answered with the most obnoxious and rude attitude that he understood but that he need to know if i wanted the gelato in or out of the crepe. at which point i responded after which i realize that i was not going to take his abuse so i told the other gentlemen behind the counter to cancel the order and that i would just pay for the gelato that i had already ordered and my boyfriend was already eating. at this point is when the original gentleman that was original helping me out took his cutover abuse to the next level. he decides to start raising his voice and with a very rude tone start asking me and i quote "what is wrong with you??" unwilling to create a big fuss in public i asked the gentleman checking me out to please ask the gentleman to stop talking toe because i found him very rude and abusive towards me. after which the gentlan decide to start yelling at me that he wasn't rude and that i was being a brat! i was so embarrassed and offended i just paid and left!!! i do not usually create reviews but this experience as beyond mortifying. i do not think it is acceptable that we have to withstand customer abuse and offensive treatment as a customer just because they have amazing gelato!!!

it was so creamy, they have so many options and the staff was so nice. my new favorite place!

the gelato place...wow wow. i never care for gelato, like my husband does, but i went to the place and have some gelato, wow. i am addicted to it. then i returned to the place and have a tzamasuri (don't know how to write) omg, it is the best, ever. i love the place and the people there are so sweet and polite. i reccomend to all. it is worth to try it, try all they have to offer. you will not be sorry.
