overpriced and soggy!! i ordered a shrimp po' boy and though the dressings were fresh, the shrimp was barely warm and so soggy you couldn't even tell it was fried. the cashier told me that to substitute red beans and rice for fries and drink it would be "a little extra"...it was an extra $4 dollars for a single little cup of rb & r-which was ok flavor-wise, but there wasn't even sausage in it! i could have made my own huge pot for less than what they charged, and it would taste way better. i lived in louisiana for five years, and needless to say i was very disappointed in my experience and will not be going back!

clean restaurant, friendly staff, good food. it was quiet for a saturday at lunch, but the food was good.

holy catfish!. great wings and great catfish. so tender and crispy...perfect. my husband ordered the stuffed bell pepper and that was great too. a great hole in the wall, great for take out. you must stop by and visit these nice people.

can't speak for the gumbo, but both the roast beef (with gravy!) and shrimp po-boys were outstanding, and the red beans were quite good. finished eating and wished i could order another.

i had the shrimp poboy with their sauce and it was awesome. i will be going back.

yuck. i know cajun food and frequent new orleans. the gumbo was full of chicken neck bones, crab shells and other hard, crunchy, chocking pieces of ? no okra in it either, the worse gumbo ever . and over priced at $5.99 a bowl. the turkey po boy was ok.

not worth the money or time, never again.

great food. i love the food, it is simply the best ! original and good. great environment and service.

excellent. very, very good poboys. had the cajun turke and i couldn't have been more happy. awesome bread and meat filled sandwich. will go back. atmosphere was a little lacking and food takes a bit, but well worth the wait. great server and the cook comes out and chats. new orleans indeed.

highly recommend!! had the katrina....roast beef sandwich that should require a fork, but i got messy and dug in....very yummy! it also came with a bowl of gumbo. just the right amount of heat. the servings were huge. this place is a hole in the wall and easily missed if you aren't looking for it. but i always believe a hole in the wall has the best food and two sisters did not disappoint.
