hands down the sexiest cafe in trivandrum right now. the ambience and the interior fit out is good and attracts all kind of crowds. music is also good and mood setter. coming to food, on the first bite of the lambburgeri knew i was gonna fall in love with the place. in each bite, the juice from the lamb patty was oozing out. the best thing is we had the option of choosing the cook of the patty, and i went for medium rare. it comes with small quantity of fries too. then the spicy chicken and mushroom alfredo pasta, this blew my mind..the sexiest pasta i ever had. it was so good. the beer coffee was also really good! another special mention is the avengers themed washroom 😂🔥

i had gone there recently with my family, and i absolutely loved their food. it is a bit expensive, but the ambience, combined with their hospitality makes it a good experience. there is a loyalty program which we can join, free of cost.
i personally loved their cheese belly chickenburgerand s’mores shake

visited the turf cafe at kulathoor late in the evening and thankfully they were open. the ambiance at the place is brilliant. they have a lot of youthful elements in their decor. the place was well lit up and would be a great place to hang out later.

bacon n cheese burger: the best part was the big beef patty and the gherkins and cheese, which made it a very juicyburgerhowever the bacon was beef and not fried sufficiently. it could have been a bit crispier to feel like a bacon burger.

caramelized o beef burger: this was our pick of the lot. the caramelized onions gelled well with the beef patty and the mustard mayo.

cheese belly chicken: this one had a cheese based chicken patty with a lovely flavour overall.

mozzarella fritters: not a fan. could have been a lot better

french fries: absolutely the best french fries i have had in quite a long while. this was perfect, crispy, and we were all competing to finish off the fries first.

coffee toffee beverage: forgot the real name of the item on the menu. they have got a lot of beverages. this one caught our attention. it was decent but definitely not something extraordinary. i would love to taste the other beverages.

overall, it seems like a great place to go frequently. they have a lot of items on the menu. and all of them sound pretty interesting. looking forward to the next trip. from a price point of view, it didn't feel too costly for me, considering the quality of the burgers.

must go place. their beef patty is amazing. we had aburger'the beef chief', this was bestburgeri have ever had. very very juice.

great european ambience .  food is nice . hadburgerwith beef  and also cold coffee . both were good .  quite expensive .  service was friendly  . they are known for their fine coffee . there were books on coffee too  .

have been to this place twice and also have ordered 2 or 3 times. ambience is good but its bit hot and not sure if ac is working or not. mac and cheese chicken which tastes good with different cheese in it. turf special pasta is bit odd as the combinnation of white sauce with jalapeños in it. bbq chickenburgertastes good with a steak. their packing needs a special mention which i like the most.

ambience was pretty decent, although we visited at a time where the place was relatively empty (2 pm sunday). the interior was done pretty well though.

food was like a 4/5 on average.
we ordered
• beef chiefburger- 4/5 - quantity: pretty good. double patty. comes with a side of fries, plain or peri-peri. maybe not worth rs 450, perfect if around 350/-
• spicy chicken pasta - 3.5/5 - quantity: good even for 2 people with not-so-heavy appetites.
• beef lasagna - 4/5 - quantity: looks small, but pretty dense, so just good enough for one person. maybe not worth the rs 345/- price tag though. would be perfect for around 250/-
• lemon ice tea - 2/5
• s'more milkshake - 2.5/5 - more of a chocolate shake with a marshmallow or two on top
• french fries (plain) - pretty good crispy fries actually - 4/5 - quantity: comes in one of those metal basket things, same as the sidedish for the burger.

heard about theburgerand i had to try it out. order the jumbo size. but it was very normal. well that's okay.

once i took theburgerin my hand, meat juices just started oozing out of it which was a bit red in colour which is not very appetizing for a burger. please try to make the patty more well done. this isn't a steak.

apart from that they have managed to be authentic. the fries along with it was excellent.

friend ordered the chicken mushroom pasta which i think was very mediocre and wasn't worth the price.

wish i could give a better rating because i feel the place can be better if you are a bit careful.

the bestburgercafe we went to in trivandrum. the place maintains proper standards in giving an awesome patty which is rare in this city. also the pasta are really great.

all the way from ernakulam, visited turf atlast. as i stepped in i felt its totally true what i heard, that when you enter turf, you feel like you've entered a cafe in europe. the classic dutch theme can be felt resonating across every corner of the space. salute to whoever felt van gogh should be a part of this.

loved the royal dutch beefburger(too big for someone like me :)) and the dutch croquettes. they are the best burgers i have tried so far here in kerala. theburgerpatties are perfect and so fresh and juicy you can feel it in every bite. tried their milk shakes especially the s'mores and its worth every sip i must say. since we are here for the weekend, we will be back again tomorrow :)

you guys should definitely open in ernakulam and make our lives easier, lol.

i’m glad trivandrum has come with such cool concepts and turf is one of the cool
places in the city, well designed which attracts any human being, specially the young generation of the city ! i gave 5/5 for the interiors inside. love the menu card design & different types of burgers and we went for mushroom swiss beefburger- too yummie and drooling. very fresh beef( so juicy ) , fresh veggies and i’ve always love the combo of mushroom sauce. great & welcoming staff ! affordable price for a cafe and instagram worthy place. a dutch themed cafe with a really nice ambience with the nice fresh aroma of waffles around you. we ordered 2 beef and 1 bbq chickenburger- the chickenburgerwas not patty based and so not that good although the bun n sauce was superb. beef burgers and beef croquettes were awesome. lot of beef varieties - veg and chicken options are on the lesser side.

as a brand identity designer i was a little sceptical about the logo and thought the food might be just all show and no flavour but i was wrong. we ordered a meat lasagna, a bacon cheeseburger and a caramel malt milkshake. theburgerwas lovely, maybe the bacon was a little too chewy but i still enjoyed it as the beef patty and cheese combined really well. the lasagna was decent, with the texture of the meat reminding me more of baby food than lasagna but as a whole it was decent and the caramel malt milkshake was also pretty good. i was disappointed that the 'crepes' along with most of the desserts shown on the menu were unavailable but what we did get to try, along with the ambience sure did make it a pleasant experience. i would happily go back for another round to try out some more of their dishes.

first impression - as soon as i walked through their front door , it just hit me really hard ( n i was like damn, that is some place ) . i felt respect for the person who designed this place ( they really know their craft ) . am uploading handful of pics . oh yeah they play some good songs

food - owner personally came down to take my order, whenever i go to a new jood joint i always ask for their suggestions n he replied “ we hope to serve you the bestburgerin trivandrum “!n boy he did deliver just that. i ordered one cheeseburger (beef) and one babyccino (hot chocolate with whipped cream on top) . as soon as the food arrived, i knew i was in for a treat.burgerlooked absolutely gorgeous ( finally someone got their buns right 😬 comparable to uppercrust) ,burgerbun was tough enough to keep theburgertogether and yet felt soo soft n light . the beef patty was cooked beautifully to medium well ( juicy) n i could go on and on about it . after having “the bestburgerin trivandrum “ , ended up ordering one moreburger( kill me !!!! , i know it is against my dieting plans 🤣) which is mushroom n swiss , ended up being even more juicer than the classic cheeseburger .
babyccino is more of a shot of hot choclate with whipped cream on top ( it is really really gooood , i meant like really) . it would be hard to find something even remotely close in trivandrum.


after having 2 great burgers , felt really good ( kinda food high that you get , when u have amazing food from a great place.i know my fellow foodies can relate) these were the exact words i used to describe my experience to the owner who asked with an i told you so smile “ how was the food ? “ . overall it was one great experience that i will not be forgetting soon .
