• fast & efficient service
• food served hot, tasty and not as greasy as the other chinese restaurants
• the walnut shrimp was my favourite dipped in a little spicy oil :)
• appropriately priced items

the dim sum here is pretty well done.  there isn't a huge variety, but what they do is good.   it's packed on the weekends and it can be a fight to get a table.   they're not very efficient in turning the house, either.   people are waiting while there are open tables.

my main peeve is the service.   the carts don't circle the whole place and we wait a good 15 minutes trying to get a cart to come our way.   we wanted to order more food but were unable to get someone to come to us.   so we got up and left, but we sat at the table awhile, eating up space, because we could not get any more dim sum.

good food but frustrating service.

not recommended. the servers won't even look at us. it feels like we interrupt their important activity of doing nothing every time we try to get something. food is just mediocre. typical american asian food. nothing authentic or special. there are way too many other places we can go for better food and service.

authentic dim sum. we have pretty high standard for dim sum and several dim sum places in downtown seattle has failed our test. their dim sum is all very fresh and authentic. we especially enjoyed the chinese donuts wrapped in steam noodles. wait time can be up to 20 min if you come during the weekend. but because there so many shops next to them, you can just put your name down and go shopping while you wait.

my friend took me here, and this might be my new favorite chinese restaurant. i will definitely be back to try more dishes.

great place. who'd have thought that one of the best chinese restaurants in the greater seattle area would be up in the south snohomish county suburbs? but it is. t&t's food is great. i've yet to order a seafood dish there that i didn't like, with possibly one exception - one of their house specials is the crispy prawns with honey walnuts and it seems to be hugely popular with the customers, but i don't care for it. as often as not i order from their "economic dish" menu - i love mongolian beef, and theirs is very good. i also really like their deep fried prawns with salt and chili pepper and their sea bass and roasted pork hot pot. they have a big menu and i'm a long way from trying everything on it, but i've not been disappointed yet. i do avoid weekend nights there because the place is always packed.

when you want good. we've eaten here often when we are in seattle, as my chinese bff says the food is good. we often have scallops, broccoli, something with sweet walnuts, green beans (i love green beans and t&t makes them crispy-cooked) and something with a dry-salty rub. i don't always know what i am eating, because my friend usually orders in chinese, and we are surrounded mostly by chinese diners. that's always a good sign in my book. food is reliably good and the prices are reasonable.

ick. what a disappointment - the seafood hotpot was more like tofu hotpot, very little seafood with huge chunks of ginger. the servers seemed annoyed with us and we felt like unwanted house guests. way too noisy. definitely not going back
