grass fed bison burger - a unique experience but because of that every fact i made allowance for some interesting flavours the sauce added. tender as it was there was still a nice crust on the patty. the bun whilst a nice compliment was a little too much for the party. all in all a different burger worth trying for sure

service and ambience in typical american fashion was fantastic. menu offers range of different items. need to read ingredients carefully as not everything healthy. best dining experience, especially in relation to food i've had in scottsdale.

sad excuse for food. when you order steelhead, you shouldn't get salmon substituted without letting the customer know. to top it off, the fish was overcooked and arrived dry. the arugula in the salad was mostly wilted and the quinoa tasted more like barley.

eating healthy shouldn't involve giving up flavor. the food was void of any distinct flavor: bland all around. avoid if there are other options.

very personal service and experience was exceptional. staff were friendly and hospitable from the very start and the food was delicious, healthy and fresh. paul was great as a manger welcoming and checking up on us as was our hostess. great place especially for healthy eaters.

this is true food! the food here is fresh,clean and just perfect. the waiter was very friendly and kind. will definitely come again. highly recommended if you are looking for tasty healthy food.

i've been to true food kitchen once before and just like the first time, i wasn't disappointed. we started with a large portion of the vegetable crudite which came out arranged beautifully with all kinds of great fresh veggies and two fantastic sauces for dipping. for my main course i had the turkey burger which was a bit drier than the first time i had it, but still tasty. this is a great place with a terrific menu that is ripe for exploration.

first impressions, nice open floor plan, plenty of space between table, the lighting effects are perfect. the waitress routine was flawless, and they are knowledgeable about their menus. now, if you read my reviews, you know i take points away when i see a menu with no pictures. it is the case here. i go to restaurants to eat, not to read a short book. so, because menus without pictures are useless to me, i explained to my waitress my situation and he humbly understood. he recommended the red chili shrimp, which i enthusiastically accepted. when the meal arrived, i realized the mistake. it was roman noddles with shrimp. i could've made that myself at home. so i explained my case to the waitress and again, humbly he said no problem and i ordered the margarita pizza instead. now, i chose the pizza because i know that you just can't screw up pizza, or so i thought. i must be sincere. the pizza was just "ok". so, overall, nice place, nice professional people, but the food experience disappointed me and left me wishing i had saved the money and prepared my own meal at home.

halloween is around the corner and two of our favorite chefs have created recipes to enjoy while watching scary horror movies all weekend long. the first recipe is superfood popcorn by true food kitchen’s executive brand chef, arik markus and the second is here’s johnny johnny cakes by chef andre fuentes of the patio group.

adore this fresh kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner fare. the ambiance is wonderful and the food is fresh and locally sourced. it would have gotten a five if there were a few more options, as i am gluten free and dairy free. the egg scramble with roasted sweet potatoes and sausage was amazing!! i ordered it with a vegan almond milk latte. breakfast is my favorite meal to nosh here.

i survived healthy food. delicious and fresh. scallops were cooked perfectly. service was great and the prices were very reasonable. liked the variety of the menu too.

we called ahead on a saturday and were told they only accept reservations for parties eight people and more. when we got there a party of five was ahead of us claiming their reservation. as expected we were put on a wait list, waited for one and a half-hour and to verify the reservation issue the party-of-eight policy was reiterated. we and others have little children and by the time we had the table it was eight. not accepting reservations on saturday with expected and experienced numbers of guests is just very inconvenient for us to deal with and on their part a rather greedy expression.

great place. i love coming here. the service is great and the food is wonderful. the serving sizes are appropriate and i definitely love the vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. the food is clean and you can actually taste the ingredients versus just the plain greasy, over seasoned foods in regular restaurants. i also love the nonalcoholic drink mixes.
